this app doesn't work

It doesn 't work. Always says Connection Failed. Check the Wi-Fi Connection. Steps I did. 1. Press wifi button on the action cam. 2. On mobile phone wifi settings, connect to Explorer 2 using default. password. Got an ip of 192.168.43.152. 3. Open this App and the error will show after a couple of seconds.
