smart watch helper

I downloaded this because i saw many people struggling. I must say i got my U8 yesterday and to make it work perfectly i needed to download first btnotification app. U need to put the bluetooth on your phone and sync. Everything works in my phone. Gave 3 stars to this app because i don't need it, the other one did everything i wanted even putting my other smartwatch receiving fb notifications. For the phone contacts beware U8 sync the customized contacts so you must see which list your contacts are in.

Like everyone else.. nothing but the phone calls work. Also downloaded the app but keeps telling me to download it every time I try to use texts. I see mostly all complaints and apparently nobody doing anything about the problems from app people. No wonder watches are so cheap !

Help! Anyone please.. Only gave this app 3 Stars due to not being able to see messages on watch, it just says "Please install BT Notifier in smart phone" which I thought I had with this app, really annoying, I bought this watch so I didn't have to keep taking my Samsung S5 phone out of my pocket to check who had sent the message. It also doesn't let me use camera remote keeps saying "Disconnected BT Music" which I don't know how. Please fix or let me know how to fix.

Synced messages and calling but not contacts which says is only problem for apple products. Gives options to sychronize but just gives me a ? Mark. Click contacts says no contacts. Please fix or tell me what im doing wrong cuz the "Do it yourself set up" for a app that supposedly syncs information isnt working. Zte zmax.

Download. Installed. Ran. Nothing...apart from crashing my HTC mobile and disconnecting the u8 watch. I would rate it a lot higher if it just worked. Am I asking too much? (i only have 1 star because it would not let me give no stars.)

You get what you pay for & you're expecting to much from such a cheap watch. I like it & when I have issues with the app(which I do have issues with it not seeing the watch, etc.) I just "Force Stop" it & then restart the app & all my issues are gone & that's running on either a Stock Cricket MotoG LTE or a rooted Note2 running CyanogenMod "nightlies" that get updated either daily or every other day.

Here, word of advice for all of you who can't walk and breath at the same time, read specs morons- my first smart watch = gear 2. Guess what, same problems half you idiots are having, guess what, my phone BT 4.0 Gear 2 BT 4.4 Guess what that means, not their fault, I have this working great, have talk to text install, Facebook, etc, and it works great on 2 phones, Microsoft Lumia and my ZTE, so no idea what you morons are doing wrong

The app crashes on every device I have no matter what. Syncing messages and contacts are soon forgotten and the sound quality is poor. The app and the watch both need major revisions. Step counting is a failure and inaccurate, would be more useful if you could make it work with Google Fit or Samsung Fit.

Phone said it connected but none of the watches functions functioned.... I'm trying another app out for this, you would think that with this much negative feedback, that the app creator would do something to fix these problems.... lazy F#@%er$

Crap. Don't waste your money. If you want a smart watch, but a quality one from a reputable supplier such as google or samsung. This device is cheap looking and feeling, and as for the app, well I can't say much about it because it crashes everytime I try to use it to connect. I can see the watch and that's about it. Waste of money IMHO.

It works for about 30 seconds allowing me to see my contacts and text messages then my smart watch shuts itself off and back on. The "smart watch helper" never completely sets up and judging from the other reviews it's never going to get fixed, don't install this app it drains it battery and u constantly have to keep setting it up. When this issue is fixed I'll give it five stars gladly

The app makes my Samsung Galaxy load things very slow and it's almost depressing to have to deal with it. Fix definitely needed!

Crashes more than a teenage girl who just got her license and won't sync contacts. I've met 12 year olds that could wright a better app.

U8 smart watch and s3. After installing BT Notifier I had to wipe the s3 because both devices locked up rendering both useless.

I've tried several apps and none allow me to read or send msgs. I know there has to be a way. .please help!

I downloaded this app for my smart watch but still I can't see any notifications or even answering the phone.. it is not working... what should do,? Any recommendations or suggestion from this issue... thanks

Nice app. I have AW08, work good. But... This app EATING BATTERY like an hungry wolf! AW08 and phone suppose to use Bluetooth 4.0, no? App don't let to Oneplus One go to sleep. Please optimize your app...

I keep getting disconnected from the port. Everytime Smart watch asks me to connect to the port and I do connect, then this app in my phone gets crashed! Please improve the stability.

If u repair the bug for this. . software. .manytime crash for 5minute. .i dont know what the problem. . My androi nexus5 LOlipop 5.01. .thx

This app only allows phone calls. It alerts when there is a text but keeps saying install bt notice. I love the watch but app is garbage. Fix this please and I will re-rate

Must install app before pairing, otherwise it won't work properly. App seems to crash often, but so far restarts itself ok. Considering price of U8 smartwatch, its ok.

This app works perfectly in my LG G3. I can call, read messages, notifies me of incoming calls and messages. I can play music with it. The pedometer works well also. Only problem is i cannot send messages from it.

The same comment of others... I can use the phone calls, music and check missed calls too, but I cannot use the remote camera, notifications, SMS and nothing. The watch works good. Please fix all errors.

The watch works OK without this App. However needs the App for text notification. The whole main purpose of the watch is text access otherwise the phone is already a watch and any watch can do the job. I installed the App on Samsung S4 and although it has some fearures the watch still cannot access the texts. What am I doing wrong?

It just makes calls and answer. The sound isn't loud enough to hear anyone talking or the other person can't hardly hear you on the watch. Plus can't find any features that will work with it.

This is not the best app for the U8. I turned my 3rd party downloads on. Used the Qreader for the code...brought me to a foreign site...downloaded the app (has file size so look for it) Watch new youtube video. This app is great for many Bluetooth devices so don't give it a bad rating because you where misled.

After getting these helpers and downloads. .they work together. .I get my text and calls..I even got a notice from my game..if it ask u to disconnect the bt music, hit yes..when I did that my text begin to work...hope it helps. ..

Works great alongside BT Notification. Both apps together stop all the problems I have seen people reporting. Thanks to the dev for a great app.

These little U8 Watches are pretty neat. The app pushes SMS, phone calls, any music from phone, has a watch finder, and I believe you can find the phone w/watch. Short battery charge time but very good life. 2 or 3 days. If u have a U8 watch ($18 on eBay free ship from USA!) Can't get any of the apps to work. The camera, messages, steps, calories nothing works, just to call and answer calls, but I don't know how long that will last.

Does not work.. The watch crashes.. I can't access my texts or any thing

I turned in the APP in accessibility setting..it did nothing...what the hell....it does nothing...I still try to connect them together with Bluetooth...the both have the same codes...it will say pairing...then a few seconds later it says the code does not match...the codes do match....this APP is suppose to help the connection between the phone and the watch...it doesn't do anything...none of the by notifier works..not even the one that I SCANNED the code that came with the watch..what am I doing wrong...

It will link up with my phone and I can see my messages and I can see my contacts and I can play my music. But then it disconnects somehow and goes back to saying please install BT notifier. Never does anything it says it will do. The only thing I can do with this is make phone calls and receive phone calls I did get the music to work but it will not show me my text that I have on my phone. Will not let me hook up with the camera and use it as a remote as it said it would. It did work a couple of times and I could see the screen on my watch was what I was showing on my phone as well then it just stopped working now I cannot use the camera function are my messaging whatsoever. It's good for talking on the phone. It's good for streaming music you hear it through your wrist it doesn't play through the phone. using your finger to scroll up and down it's very sensitive and will back you out of the app you're trying to be in very easy to get sidetracked

This app work pretty dam good im telling my friends about it but the down fall is I can't text out to people I'm kinda puzzle bout that.

Great concept, but too early for its kind. App crashes a lot. My biggest problem is if I had my phone plugged into a radio via auxiliary cord, and my watch via Bluetooth, and I press play on my music, it would come out of the watch. Couldn't find a way around it, and is the main reason why I bought it. I just wanted a hands free way of skipping songs while I drove. If anyone has any information on this, it would be much appreciated.

Right the watch is fantastic had it a month i could not work it as this app failed Me big time but today I was blessed with a pl my phone and watch work 100% with each other am so happy can read texts calls do the camera thing and everything else you need the app mediatek from app store have a Samsung edge 6 all is bless

I tried all other bt connect apps, but I could not read messages on watch. Immediately after installing this app it worked!

I've got a Sony experia E3 and it's connected to the watch through this app better than the other apps but still won't let me view my texts or camera on the watch I'm not quite sure why
