The app keeps on crashing and it doesn't start after the first log in. Kindly look into it and fix it.

After updating the app to 1.0.11 can't reconnect the band with the mobile. Tried all tricks like reinstalling app, factory resetting etc. But always shows no Bluetooth device found. Pls help otherwise the band is of no use

I am not sure why no body is replying on device pairing bug. I think the team lead of the development team not getting rewarded for this worst app and design. For users, Guys i have tried it so many time and then reinstallation of the app worked for me. Just m ake sure your internet should be working on the same time while pairing the device. I suggest dont ever suggest this device to your enemy tooo. It doesn't worth.

When call comes it crashes, it cannot sync reminders properly and the UI is so bad and full of mistakes. My guess is somebody did a bad work of copy paste from chineese.

Lot's of bug in app. Automatically disconnects and crashes very often. Does what it is made for only for a while. Poor design

None of the weekly metrics are working properly. I sync my band everyday and on the main page it shows the correct steps, calories etc but if you view it in history on the app the data is not there. Dissapointing. Another thing which I have asked portronics via email also is that - HOW DO YOU ENABLE /DISABLE SLEEP MODE?? I hav enot found the answer anywhere.

Features are ok. I hope it supported google fit. The app is crashing every time I try tu sync. Even the spelling of syncing is wrong in the app.
