Well I did like the app. Then I stopped using it and forgot my password and when I tried to email support on how I could reset my password-the email posted is invalid! So now I couldn't use the app if I wanted too!!

Managed to import from csv. Good job I did csv backups. Restore from "bak" files give problems reported below.

I love this app, but I'm very disappointed that it no longer works on later OS versions, particularly after paying for it. It doesn't appear that there are any plans to fix it. Real shame.

Worked great until Android update 2.3.3 on EVO, now asks to change password and will not start. Before this, would rate 4-5 stars.

The product quit working after the android update. I uninstalled and reinstalled but even after multiple attempts ever recover my old files

No fix on the password problem! Lost over a year of journals!!! Really sucks!

Very poor support. Sent email about unable to open app about three days ago. No response yet. Very disappointed.

Cannot restore backup file. Devs are unresponsive to remedy the issue.

I talked on the phone with the maker and he said he found the problem and would have a update tomarrow that was last week

Terrible!! Can't get at any of my journals since the Update. Run, don't walk, away from this one.

Simple and easy to use. Why not make touching the default screen add an entry?

I Had Saved Some Important Info On A App That I Paid Monies For Hopefully It'll Get Fixed. Then I'll Up-date My Attitude And Add More Stars

That is what I use this for and it does the best job at replacing paper and pen. Edit! Since upgrading to s4 and now s5 the app won't work, please fix, I supported the development, please fix and I'll give it the 5 stars it deserves....

On the S3 the 24 H times are incorrectly listed, often am and pm times are reversed and (maybe as a result) multiple entries on one day are not shown on chronological. order. Maybe as a result, some days with entries have no dot in the calendar. Very frustrating. Otherwise a good app. Please fix.

Same as others- will no longer accept my password. Can't get in so all my journal entries are gone and it's completely useless now. Loved it before

How do I access if I forgot my password ? There's no option to reset

Previously gave 4 stars, but when u try to restore your backed up journals it force closes 100% of the time. 4G HTC Sensation

Had some trouble importing from Outlook Journal but thanks to outstanding service, I was able to get exactly what I needed done.

Great free app. I use it daily to keep a record of my work locations and activities.

Like hundreds of others I lost all data after updating to android 2.3.3. I agree that peak small business has no business in the app market any more.

Every since they updated I can not get a password to work. I even tryed it without a password. It still didn't work. I like the app but don't work

I've complained about these very bad features before but they haven't been fixed. It is possible to delete a whole entry by mistake, or simply not save it through falling asleep, (often happens, lying in bed at the of a long day) and there is NO Recovery.

Exactly! What i was looking for. Started using it as a fitness journal and now i use it all the time. Jotting down highlights of my young kids too.

Very disappointing. An app I used everyday.

I loved this app but when my phone upgraded to 2.3.3 while I slept I lost a year of my baby journal. Now I email the entries for automatic backup. If I'd have been regularly backing up I wouldn't have lost as much data but the lack of any help for the many in that situation has been very sad.

Had to get new phone, could not get database restored from my SD card.

Like the last 10 posts...great app until a OS update then useless. Password no longer works. Email to Support bounced. Website is dead link.

I like this app! However the reason why download it was cos in the picture sample it shows each journal in different colors. It really doesnt do that.

I recently upgraded my phone to a Galaxy 4 and this app is currently not compatible with it. It says this in the intro and that they're working on a fix. I really hope that happens soon. I LOVE this app. It's by far my most favorite and useful. I'll be waiting with abated breath! Please fix the password malfunction. From a diehard fan.

I had this on a different d, evice. The when I put it on my nexus, and it asked for a new password, serial I set one but now it won't accept it. Keeps saying wrong password.
