HP5S sends sms on removal of head phone on 2 conditions:

Head Phone is removed = F
Head Phone is Inserted = T

so the conditions are F-T-F or T-F-T.

If the head phone is only removed and left for 5 seconds or only inserted and left for 5 seconds then no sms alert will be sent.
