You just setup the game info (where and when), and the app gives you a link for you to share with your group via chat or email. Your friends can use the link to confirm or decline the invitation.
Wannaplay will keep you informed of who is coming and who is not via email. The game's dashboard lets you see the responses, and send reminders.
