Club Factory-Fair Price

Products n price is good.. but unable add the free products into cart most of tge time. Even it had taken almost half day for me to complete one order payment.. though my internet is good and all other apps are up.. it simply showws your internet connection is slow and didn't work.

I have placed an order for 2 pair of shoes, without reading the adverse reviews of customers. I don't feel happy within. Can you pls convince me that I have not committed any mistake by paying you Rs 2800 approximately. I hope the products shall be delivered in time nd without complaint Deepak Bagga

Worst shopping app ever.. I lost 1000 rs because they said they delivered my package which had only few items which I ordered. I expected for a different package soon.. Hence threw away the covers of the package but the customer care said until they had the weight of the original packaging I received they would nt help me.. Please don't buy anything from them.. Worst shopping experience.. And the items I received are very low quality.. Not even worth the money

I am just waiting for my first order as the status is still in process and taking long time. My one more concern is regarding the recent offer to get free product by getting likes and earn free products. I got 100 likes for shirt but after I received 100 likes the product status shown as out of stock. I followed with helped but they are helpless. It's a fake offer to get more customers from the existing customers.

Catchy products but poor packaging and products were little damaged when received. Cash on delivery must be available because being a student it was difficult to order otherwise. Delivery takes a long time. Please give more effort on the proper packaging of the products because I want to make orders from this app in future, and it has to be reliable for that.

Product quality is very poor. Almost looks like 2nd hand. And I'm talking about all the items I ordered. I have bought better quality accessories off the streets. The app doesn't give accurate info either. The return policy says that the customer has to bear the return shipping charges, which is prob more than the product rate itself, which basically discourages you to not return. Not shopping from here again. Don't recommend it.

This is the worst shopping site i have seen. I ordered the product some 20 days back with online payment but still didnt recieve the order. On online tracking, i am getting the same tracking status from past 15 days. Believe me guys, it is totally a fake. Now i am writing my complaint to consumer court.

Need to know more details about this ... if cod is not available how can v contact u. . Bez ur Chinese number will b very difficult to reach and expensive too for making calls from India ... let me know if u have toll free numbers to connect and how can I b sure that after making the payment I will receive d goods

Today I ordered 7 items worth Rs 2500 and to rate it i came here n saw all these bad reviews. I hope i will get my order and my money shall not be wasted. Please tell will you deliver the order to 560076(Bangalore) or not else i will cancel it.

Filled my cart but as COD is available I thought to read some reviews.. Not even a single positive feedback. I think I saved myself from a fraud. They really don't care much about feedback I believe. Well Big billion days are here.

Disappointed. Bought stuff - 2000. Two item return 400 I paid. How can we be sure of shoe and pants size. When different brands fit differently. Beware before buying. I'll be choosing to buy here as last option and absolutely sure of product. The pant size i ordered is different and they sent me is diffirent but i need to pay for sending it back is nt that ridiculous. You guys can at least arrange for return pickup and charge a nominal amount, since your courier partner charges less compared to giving this pain to the customer.

The item we order and the item we received are not same. Poor quality. Don't ever order anything from here. It's a fraud, the items are very inferior and servicing is bad. They charge too much for delivery and it takes too long to be delivered. COD Not available. very disappointing to have order an item from this app.

Never ever buy from this app. Products do not look like picture when you see it actually. Return process is tedious. You need to return on your own with your own expense. You better open a shop instead of selling online. Also delivery is too late. I'm very generous to give u a star. You do not deserve even that.

Who the hell gave this appa 4star rating. Such a high level cheating The bags which you display it and the one which comes to home as so much of difference. It is so small and the earrings are of plastic and many items are damaged. Give my money back and those who wants to buy from this please dont buy anything because you will be cheated

I placed my order on 3rd of September and it hasn't been delivered yet. Highly disappointed. And what added to my disappointment was your tracking system. It has been showing the same track since the last 5 days and I really doubt the fact that my order will be delivered. Very poor service and you need to update your tracking system.

this app is just grt but it takes alot of days as i ordered today and they said it will be delivered on oct.4.....still eagerly waiting for my first order to come at home... products r really gud plsss make deliveries fast

It's the worst app I have ever used. The quality of the products is *terrible*. The images are too attractive in the app but original products are of very poor quality. Waste of time and money. These people are playing with us. Please don't buy any kind of product from this company called *CLUB FACTORY*. You will regret a lot. F*** this company

Help me tracking I have been trying to track my products but I can't and the delivery date is on September 3 but still no info. In case if I dont get my products what shall I do?

Really very poor services. I got the delivery of my products after more than 20 days. Now I have to just change the size. So, for returning it, I have to contact suport, then they will reply next day. Then I will ask my next question or address to return (they dint even mentioned the returning address anywhere in the app), again I get the reply next day. then I will order new one which will again take 20 days. So almost 2 months to get a required product. I wont suggest or recommend anyone to shop from Club Factory.. really really miserable services..

This app is a cheat. I have ordered. So many things from them but am not able to get any tracking status. Infact they themselves don't know when will I receive my order. Please avoid using app. Don't buy any thing from them.

I ordered a free item along with the other items. My first attempt to pay for order failed due to internet. I paid for the order from unpaid order section and they removed my freebie. So disappointed with this. And the customer care won't reply.

I need to contact to the people of club factory, i have no choice but to just wait for my parcel to arrive. This time, it's taking quite long and I'm clueless about my parcel. Please contact me! I have spent quite large amount this time and I'm not getting my parcel. It didn't happen in last two times. Club factory please contact me, I'm quite worried. I was satisfied with your products and all but this time, you haven't sent any information mail or message after shipping from your place. It would be very nice if you keep on informing frequently because it's taking a lot of time!

The big fraud is this, something worst is happening with this app.. I ordered around 25 days ago bt still no response, no customer support nothing service no response.. Hopeless online shopping. .Rating should be 0 . Club factory are big cheats. Products are of very inferior quality....not what is shown on their site. To get delivery you have to literally beg and keep sending reminders.

i request everyone please don't buy any thing from club factory, they sell cheap products at high price... this is my personal experience.... i got cheated very badly... and they don't even refund money.

Ordered for more than 2000 rupees.. it's nearly a month and they haven't delivered my products which they said they will deliver in 18 days. I'm so much disappointed. Not recommended...

I don't know how you got 4 star rating. You guys don't even deserve 1 star. Being a new company your logistics and customer care should be on toes for prospective customers. I ordered on 2nd September and it still shows in transit and gati it's coming from China. Such miniscule items which I can get it on amazon next day on prime I ordered. It was a mistake. After all you are running business in India. Us Indians are incompetent in every way. Customer care is just a dream far far away. Unhappy disappointed. A suggestion please close your company. Today is Sept 30...i still did not get my order. So many bad and worse things come in my mind to tell you guys. I pray that your company goes bankrupt.

No free product. I have shared this app more than 30 friend but still shows 0. I think it's a fake. Don't buy any thing from this site. No company name on the product and I think it's made in China product. No customer care no.

It has no security. When I made payment using my debit card it didn't ask me for a password/otp, my name as it appears on my card or the bank's name. Anyone in possession of my card can misuse it using this app.

Fraud and Cheater company from China who are looting Indians. I purchased an item for 2000 and never got my own delivered. Have been waiting since 2 months. Believe me guys, these people are fraud, don't feel into their trap. Never ever make the mistake of purchasing items from this app.

Wanna order so many things but the only problem is with cash on delivery.. don't wanna take risk... Firstly your delivery charge are too high n then this issue with COD. what If I don't get my delivery after payment? U say U have already taken that into consideration so how much time will you take to start cash on delivery?

It can be best if thy don't charge high for shipping.. ThR is 1more problem that we have to purchase minimum bill of 2000thn only shipping 'Lo be free.. But the product must say it's superb in low price..

This is the fake shopping site i have seen. I ordere 2475 rs. the product 30 August 2017 and online payment but still didnt recieve the order. my tracking no. is wrong , club factory company se me your order is running on GATI Courier company, I call on GATI courier company customer care no. and share my trecking no. he say me your tracking no. is wrong, the Believe me guys, it is totally a fake. Now i am writing my complaint to consumer court

Worst app ever.. i ordered some products and they haven't delivered it till now. Its been more than 15 20 days. They keep saying order is delayed by the factory and after waiting.. they said that product was from hot sale item and now its out of stock.. they refunded my money back.. if it was already of of stock then why they took order and why they were keep delaying in the name of that? Worst worst worst service.. delivery charges are more than product charges.. i want my order. Yesterday was expected date to arrive and it hasnt arrived till now. On contacting customer care they said they dont know when this will be delivered. What the hell? Why are you operating website that you cant handle?

Please improve your shipment process. If your running this big online site with such catchy products then try not to fool customers around! Its very bad. should b closed if it runs the same
