I would suggest depending on your audience going into further detail. When explaining the salt and vinegar bath I would have added what the proportions were and which cream is being used. When explaining the pressure applied by the thumb go into depth as to what sort of movements/pressure/ or which direction the practitioner should move in and why. Also I would suggest specifically designing a male vs female application when addressing gender specific issues / organs etc.
