climbr ist ein Buchungssystem zur Nutzung und Verwaltung von Veranstaltungen des Center of Excellence in Academic Teaching.
Das Qualifizierungsprogramm ExAcT Qualification richtet sich an alle Mitarbeitenden, die aktiv an der
Lehre der RWTH Aachen University beteiligt sind.. Es steht diesen ein umfangreiches Portfolio an Seminaren, Trainings, Workshops und individuellen Beratungsangeboten im Themenfeld „Exzellente Lehre“ zur Verfügung. Der modulare Aufbau ermöglicht eine bedarfsgerechte Qualifikation in unterschiedlichen Erfahrungsstufen der Lehrtätigkeit. Aufbauend auf den interdisziplinär angelegten Veranstaltungen im basics Modul werden im extensions Modul thematische und fachspezifische Vertiefungen angeboten. Das advanced Modul beinhaltet die Umsetzung eines fachspezifischen Lehrprojektes und eine prozessbegleitende Lehrberatung. Ein exklusives Lehrcoaching für (Junior-) ProfessorInnen und Post-Docs rundet das Programm ab.
Das Qualifizierungsprogramm bietet darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit, begleitend das strukturierte Zertifikatsprogramm Excellence in Academic Teaching zu absolvieren und drei aufeinander aufbauende Zertifikate als Nachweis der hochschuldidaktischen Qualifikation zu erwerben. Die Erstellung eines persönlichen Lehrportfolios dient hierbei der Reflexion der eigenen hochschuldidaktischen Weiterbildung und Lehrtätigkeit sowie der Dokumentation Ihrer Aktivitäten und Ihres Engagements in der Lehre.
Im Rahmen einzelner Schwerpunkt-Qualifizierungen besteht die Möglichkeiten einen Nachweis in einem bestimmten Themengebiet zu erhalten. climbr is a booking system for the use and management of events of the Center of Excellence in Academic Teaching.
