I've been trying to renew my Airtel monthly subscription for this app, and this is what I get; 'Your request is in process. You will get a message for further action'. Please do something about it. I really need it to be at its full potential .

I installed the app on my pc and have also kept the( UAC) but anytime i input the code been sent to me the app acknowledges it then goes off... And then i keep doing it over and over again. Please how can you help me out here
