When it's easier to call dispatch than to use the app, you know that the UX is completely wrong. Confusing interface, no apparent GPS localization (I have to enter my current location in yet more unintuitive / non conventional address edit boxes...?), seems to me that there are plenty of well written car service Apps out there to emulate...
