Erta App

Erta App su objetivo general es ayudar a la comunidad a denunciar y/o recuperar robos de vehículos dentro del territorio Chileno, a través de los mismos usuarios de la aplicación.

Además los usuarios puedan ser reporteros en terreno, trabajando mano a mano con Carabineros de Chile, ayudando a disminuir el robo de vehículos a mano armada y robo estacionado.

La aplicación cuenta con cuatro secciones, la primera es “Me robaron el auto”, en esta sección se debe ingresar los datos generales del vehículo y de su dueño, indicando la ubicación exacta del robo, imágenes, y detalles que el dueño considere de importancia. La información aparecerá en la sección mapa del robo, y se enviará a los usuarios de la aplicación y a Carabineros.

La segunda sección es “Mapa del robo”, en esta sección puedes identificar los vehículos robados subidos por los usuarios en los diferentes puntos del País. A través de los puntos rojos del mapa podrás obtener información de los vehículos robados, Los puntos azules identificarán los vehículos encontrados por los usuarios de la App. Por medio de esta sección puedes obtener claridad de los puntos de mayor índice de robo.

La tercera, “consultar Patente”, a través de ésta sección puedes ingresar la patente del vehículo y saber si cuenta con encargo por robo. La información es verídica y actualizada directamente de la base de datos del SEBV (Sección Encargo y Búsqueda de Vehículos de Carabineros de Chile). En caso que el vehículo cuente con encargo por robo, el usuario puede informar a la comunidad, a través del formulario, la ubicación, imágenes, y detalles del vehículo. La información aparecerá en el mapa del robo de la APP.
