CIMB EVA Malaysia

Very good applications. Currently i am using Huawei Mate 9, after my phone update the systems, i can't enter this apps anymore. Can someone help to solve the problems? Many thanks in advance.

Need to fix up method to review TAC without getting kicked out from app. Defeats purpose of an otherwise quite convenient app. Not suitable for less tech savvy/ non-English readers.

can anyone using this pay bills with jompay? Until confirmation, after clicking confirmed, nothing happens and the pay would not go thru. anyone can go thru from there pls pm me on fb

Bodoh punya app. Ambil Masa confirmation lama sangat. Pending memanjang. So matlamat memudahkan pelaggan tak tercapai. Nasihat kpd cimb- jgn jd ngok offer mcm2 spy customers pakai app ni. U settelkan masalah app ni dulu

I dont know why CIMB made a contest using this CIMB EVA apps even though no transaction can proceed... anybody ever proceed any transaction, please reply me...

Suck app..

It sucks. Plenty of errors. Wasting time waiting for the AI to talk to you to login. TAC sent via SMS and cimb clicks app and now this Eva app. So confusing. Why can't just integrate everything into one platform? Wanted to participate in the contest but so many bugs. If you want to promote this Eva app then do it properly. If I login to cimb clicks now I've ady done paying everything. Reward your users in the right way, not for the sake of promoting your half functioning app.

this apps is greatly superb. easy ways for online banking. but i will do like this apps more if u may add undo feature for money transfer, topup and others. it will help a lot since if there are mistakes like wrong amount or details, we have to cancel the transaction and redo it again. kind of wasting time. btw, good job for this great apps and future updates.

Good apps my new assistance. The only thing i really regret was cimbclicks apps that wasn't allow me to update to new apps because of my phone won't meet requirements. I wonder why my Samsung galaxy note 2 was exclude from cimbclicks new updates

2 star cos when i use graffiti pro (writting app) to 'enter', it does not recognize the gesture as 'enter'. last time was ok now can't anymore. now need change to keyboard to use eva. will give 5 stars when solved. Oppo A77 wit graffiti pro app installed

My personal assistant must be acknowledge my login details and password, she should ask me for passcode (4-6 digits) or fingerprint instead of input full details every time I login!! Hence, the function is very limited currently, hope for improvement.

What the fu*k?u send me tac number,when i open massage of tac and back to eva app,its start from early..then how i want to put tac?

good apps..better than cimbclicks apps..low storage required...low data/ram required to load/run apps..fast loading(when internet ok)..no need tac to perform transaction esp to fav acc/biller..user friendly once u get familiar with the button..bcoz apps can transfr only 1k so dont need any advance features like cimbclicks apps..

Im not sure if its my phone but the app is so slow

It always stuck at process transactions after it verify the tag number , please fix this..Can't even participate in any event related to cimb eva

Why the process have to be repeated so many times for the transaction to take place?

Hi CIMB EVA, The apps ok but need to allowed this apps can choose another language version like Malay and Chinese..Tq

Please add option to email transaction slip. There is no option to send transaction receipt to my email. Difficult every time need to take screen shot and email to my own email or copy paste to my computer and then only can save into my own folder.

Can't log-in after installation. It failed to send me TAC even after countless times requesting. Not useful at all.

2 stars because it took many tries to make payment and took so long for the transaction and never success. Please improve.

CIMB always have a bunch of iSheeps that don't comply with Google material design guidelines, from CIMB Clicks to CIMB Pay.
