This app is a joke! Piss poor customer service! Go though their app like you are supposed to and they then don't give you any credit, because you can't find the original email with all the info saying what they were going to credit you for your order. They keep no copies for you. I was able to bring my order up from thr store but nothing for this company. They are a joke and dont give you back your money.

I've been waiting on my cashback to be released from pending status since NOVEMBER 2016! Customer service is more like some sort of unhelpful copy and paste reply. Dont waste yiur time..

As long as I get cash back, I'll like this app. It's questionable though. Besides it's bad reviews, the original bonus of $10 won't be paid until you earn $25 cash back which is going to take a long while with many 1% and 2% cash back ops. Time will only tell and my review will reflect any changes.

Recently downloaded as cash back % is sometimes higher than Ebates, which I love, and more store options. However I have trouble getting coupons and such to load so have to go back through the website. Please look into this. Depending on how things go and if they send the checks unlike some reviews say they don't, I may continue using. If there is trouble, I'll quickly go back to Ebates.

Not as good as Ebates or even topcashback. Have to open a ticket for almost every purchase, and at least half of them are denied. Never have a problem with other cashback websites/apps, even through credit card cashback portals.

App could be a lot better, should be able to see acct info from app, not have to go through website. Should be able to get cash back through the app too, but there are usually problems.

This app is good. The only thing is you have to have 25$ to get the cash back and when you click on websites and buy merchandise Befrugal doesn't give you your cash back.

I'll be in a better position to properly rate this app after I have interacted more and received my first check. We'll see how it compares to Ebates, a very reliable and we'll established cash back program with a great app and website. I'm hoping for the best and giving this app a chance. Remember, rules and guidelines are important to understand and follow and patience is required for a positive experience.

impossible to checkout at newefg business. tried to log in four times and still not enough! delete it right away and go back to ebates.

What's the point of this app if you can't see/manage your cash back in it???

Company and customer service are great, but the app is terrible. I made a purchase through the app, but apparently wasn't logged in to the website, so I didn't get credit. If I have to make sure I'm logged in on the website, I might as well just use the website.

It seems easy but it doesn't do much... I made a couple of purchases but it doesn't show any cash back... I'm considering to un installed it...
