Touchscreen Whammy Bar

Turn your touch screen into a guitar-like two-dimensional whammy bar.

Hold your finger down to create a louder sound. Move left and right to alter pitch. Move up and down to alter tone. Swipe around quickly to add harmonic frequencies.

This audio experiment uses HTML 5 audio oscillators to produce sine wave and sawtooth sound waves.

Fret lines represent notes on the A major scale (440 Hz).
