You could just write this stuff down or have a page in your phone notes dedicated to this but since he made this app specifically for this you will be more likely to use it and therefore be reminded but not really remember because you would already be writing it down if you couldn't benefit from an app such as this simple helper(my penis helps lonely vaginas) here.
