When I want to make call the massage show call canceled

GOT A MESSAGE SAYING TOPUP DECLINED WHILE TOPPING UP ON CHECKING BANK STATEMENT, THEY HAD DEDUCTED MONEY & NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. IT TOOK MORE A MONTH BEING TOLD YOUR MONEY HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR BANK NEXT 48HRS YOU WILL HAVE YOUR £30, A MONTH AFTER THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT STORY ABOUT THE MONEY AS THEY SAY I HAVE USED IT FOR CALLING WHEN IT CLEARLY SHOWS PAYMENT DECLINED IN THEIR OWN SYSTEM, BUT MONEY TAKEN OFF MY BANK. TRY SOMETHING ELSE OTHER THAN THIS SCUM. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE MY ONE STAR.

The software is full of bugs, does not work and while the service works, it takes 45 min to get to customer service who make fake promises, can't transfer calls to manager and the top up does not work.

If ur a Chilli Talk card user please keep using the voucher. This app is NOT GOOD AT ALL. STAY AWAY!

I tried with 3 of my phones, they can not verify any of my phones to top up. Fix the problem please.

Not able to verify any no. I tried with different four no but none of them get verified

It's really very good service if I use my local minutes, but problem is wi-fi call I'm try so many times to call still can't call with Wi-Fi, please try to fix my problems, Thanks

Never download it.. i request personally.. its horrible apps.. i have topup 5 euro and never calling and support center are really horrible.. leave it..

Not able to sign up. Signed in after long hassle, then not able to connect, getting error you don't have enough credits to call this destination whereas I had $0.40 and calling to India from India. Please update your app and fix these bugs

After entering the mobile number.. got a screen saying we will call you.. After few seconds I'm getting the screen asking to try again... always... Can you please fix this?
