Chaos Contacts for Android
That's 16 years of daily use. When I look at other similar systems I have always reverted to Chaos as the best overall.

I can't see additional fields I've added on the computer so I have to transfer such details to the notes.
Really happy to lose RaodSync it worked ok but great to have synced look and feel. Noticed that not all of the notes sync from my desktop version to the tablet and phone. Would be good to have custom fields in there too. I can always go to chaos host mobile if I have WiFi but its a pain. Great work guys! Keep improving! Love your software and these free download add ons.
As a long time Chaos fan, I was thrilled to see some native Android apps being developed. I just installed all three today and they appear to be working perfectly after a simple sync with my host account. I am so happy to abandon Road Sync and move to these. I'd love to see a widget that shows the next appointment on my home screen though :)
Wonderful linking to my PC program.
A great beginning!
Great app. All contacts at the tip of my fingers, no more calling the office to get a phone number.

I am a long time user of Time & Chaos on a PC. I installed Contacts & Calendar on my phone, &DesktopSync on my PC. I add almost all of my info on the PC. Contacts & Calendar share 3 problems. Due to Review space limitations, you need to see my review at Calendar for them. The following are unique to Contacts. I started with T&C 7. It accepted Rich Text for Contact notes. But T&C 8 (and the phone) only accepts plain text. When upgrading to T&C 8, T&C 8 handles the Rich Text just fine, but Contacts on the phone do not. You get lots of extraneous code making the notes unreadable. One must open EACH Contact on T&C 8, change the Note, & then change it back. Then when uploaded with DesktopSync, everything is OK. Many contacts have multiple cell phone numbers: business, personal, emergency, etc. T&C lets one add text at the end of a phone number entry to differentiate. But Contacts has a keyboard with NO text when a phone type is selected. One has to select Email, enter the phone number and text, and then change to a phone type. If the person has 3 cell phones, one has to be entered as a Work or Home phone. These types of problems should not occur. Chaos could have done better.
