Each authorized user will use this mobile app to report incidents (accidents) involving our clients’ resources like buildings, equipment, vehicles, inventories, and employees; activities like transportation, storage, and production; and products like beverages, fruits, and salads, or services like freight forwarding, security, and others.
Only the section to report “Auto” related incidents has been completed and tested. Access to other types of incidents (product, property, WC marine and others) has been disabled.
Auto
This mobile app saves time to the authorized user during an incident (accident) to enter information in the app by automatically detecting the incident’s date, time and location. It also brings from our client’s database information about the company’s vehicle and driver (D.L. #, VIN#, insurance ID, vehicle registration, and others). The app also provides a camera to take pictures. The authorized user can take pictures of the other driver’s vehicle and documents instead of writing the information in the app.
