WAKE UP AND RUN

Le but de WAKE UP AND RUN est de proposer un événement facile à organiser et nécessitant des infrastructures légères tout en faisant la promotion d’un style de vie sain basé sur une alimentation équilibrée et une activité physique régulière.
Cet événement consiste à organiser des courses non chronométrées de 5 km à 5h30 le matin dans différentes villes de Suisse (SOLOTHURN, ZÜRICH, BERN, DELÉMONT, NYON). A l’arrivée, les participants reçoivent un petit-déjeuner take-away équilibré et composé de produits du terroir.Le départ est donné à 5h30 du matin afin de pouvoir se réveiller complétement et faire le plein d’énergie avant de commencer sa journée.
La démarche vise à faire découvrir sa ville sous une lumière nouvelle.Notre application te permet de connaître les dates des évènements, d’avoir toutes les informations sur les différentes courses WAKE UP AND RUN, de t’inscrire aux courses et de recevoir les informations relatives à ton inscription (n° de dossard, retrait du matériel de course, etc.), de proposer des points de rendez-vous sportifs à toute la communauté WAKE UP AND RUN et de faire tes achats sur notre shop online. The purpose of WAKE UP AND RUN is to provide an easy event to organize and require light infrastructure while promoting a healthy lifestyle based on a balanced diet and regular physical activity.
      This event is to organize non-timed races 5 km at 5:30 in the morning in different cities of Switzerland (SOLOTHURN, ZURICH, BERN, DELÉMONT, Nyon). Upon arrival, participants receive a balanced breakfast and take-away products made of terroir.Le start is at 5:30 am to be able to wake up completely and recharge energy before beginning his day.
