An overview of key features:
• In your personal area you can get an overview of your current bills, running costs, remaining minutes/SMS/data volume, subscriptions and address data.
• Change your subscription, manage your options, take advantage of exclusive loyalty benefits, or order your new mobile directly from the app.
• "Help" provides you with anytime access to useful instructions and answers to the most frequently asked questions.

The app is available to Sunrise private customers and small companies from Business Sunrise. Using the application abroad will result in additional costs due to roaming. Your roaming options can be managed at any time free of charge at cockpit.sunrise.ch.

Bei mir funktioniert alles so, wie's soll. Bei unseren 5 Simkarten wird überall Restmenge 4g Internet angezeigt. Easy und intuitiv.

the sunrise app is a joke. it does not even allow to check how much mobile data volume is left - in fact since they "updated" their website and app, there is no way at all to check your data limit for prepaid customers. you can just guess until you suddenly automatically pay a new package for up to 80 CHF. if you care about having control of what you pay DO NOT USE SUNRISE!

Die App zeigt nicht das verbrauchte bzw verbliebene Prepaid Volumen (Daten, Calls und SMS) an. Ausserdem Fehlermeldungen am laufenden Band. Da war die Mein Konto Website wesentlich besser.

The new and "updated" app is worse than the previous one, which wasn't exactly a shining beacon of success. Now I have no idea how much data traffic I have left. It logs me out randomly. Sometimes it does nothing when clicking on buttons. Poorly organised. Rubbish, amateurish design and implementation. Incredible that a mobile phone company would present this to customers.

Nach dem Installieren des Updates konnte ich mich nicht mehr anmelden. Ich habe auch das Passwort zurückgesetzt (das funktionierte auch nicht über die App!). Schaffen Sie es nie, eine funktionierende App rauszubringen?

I'm having serious problems with sunrise, so I'm trying to reach myaccount in any possible ways. Well, there isn't any. Either on the "app" or on my own browsers, I just can't scroll, therefore I can't save passwords, can't check older bills, technically nothing. Get your sh*t together Sunrise, this is a joke what you call service here....

Useless copy of the mobile page, constantly freezes or refuses to save requests. Important data (like recharge history) nowhere to be found. Lift your game sunrise, this is pathetic!

Super slow, essentially a web wrapper, shows a blue bar on top to fill the screen (same issue as a year before) and as a result some functions just don't work, and don't get me started about the dated design...come on Sunrise, you are better than this.

Verglichen mit der TV App, ist Mein Konto eine Katastrophe. Ein zeitgemässes Design und eine höhere Funktionalität sollten im Jahr 2016 für so eine Firma selbstverständlich sein!

Scrolling within the app doesn't really work at all on my Samsung Galaxy S6 (Even after uninstall and reinstall). This is kind of an essential feature for any app so I think you should fix this ASAP!! Please do so!
