About White Risk - SLF Avalanche App
White Risk is the SLF avalanche app for all those who engage in winter activities in the mountains outside marked and open pistes.
It gives access to the interactive avalanche bulletin as well as the latest snow and weather data for Switzerland.
White Risk also provides background knowledge to assist in assessing the avalanche danger, and tools to facilitate planning both before departure and en route, for ski touring, snowshoe hiking and freeriding expeditions.
The app's Tour function allows tours planned on the Web platform https://www.whiterisk.ch to be plotted on maps with slope angles offline.

What's Changed
New ski and snowshoe routes are also available offline in the app.
To download the ski and snowshoe routes, existing maps on your phone have to be deleted first. Then you can download the maps again including the new layers including routes. No additional costs are incurred.
Caution:
These routes only indicate a main direction. They are not accurate and should not be used for navigation purposes!

Das neue User Interface gefällt mir sehr gut. Nun kommt man noch schneller zu den gesuchten Schnee-Infos. Leider fehlen aber die Schneedaten der einzelnen Messstationen. Dafür muss ich noch immer den Browser benutzen. Wieso wurde das nicht auch ins App integriert?

Viel schechter als früher Hat viel weniger details als früher. Bringt nicht mehr viel zur lokalen beurteilung. Auch die SLF website ist viel schlechter geworden. Sehr enttäuschend. Früher war SLF super

Inutilisable car Impossible d'avoir le bulletin avalanche (erreur de connection). La connection est pourtant bonne car les données de neige fraîche sont mise à jour correctement.
