About SportLog

SportLog is a training log for endurance athletes.
With SportLog you have a detailed overview of your training performance.
Examining the statistics is fun and motivates to practice more.

A training session consists of the following values and is entered manually:
• Date
• Sport type (cycling, mountain biking, running, swimming, inline skating, cross country skiing, walking, hiking, indoor cycling, weight training, skitouring, snowshoeing, rowing, rowing indoor, others)
• Duration in hours, minutes and seconds
• Distance in km/mi
• Elevation in m/ft
• Average heart rate
• Calories
• Track
• Tour (used to form groups that can be added up)
• Comment

The following reports on the training sessions are possible:
• Sum and average - total, per year/month/week and per sport
• List of training sessions, sorted by date, distance, duration, elevation or speed
• Bar chart with hours/distance per week and month (different colors for every sport)
• Line chart with the cumulated training values (for comparing with past years)
• Search for specific terms (track/tour/comment)
• Add up individual training sessions to a tour (e.g. training camps, overnight trips)

To prevent data loss, there is a Backup function that copies the training sessions to a server in the Internet.
Originally Sportlog was designed for triathlon, but the App is suitable for all endurance athletes.

Ideal app for keeping score of your training sessions. Very well design for athletes but with some minuses in the other sports. For example at weight training the app is not quite enough because its needs 5 or 6 customizable fields to input the exercise, repetition and weight for different working posts. Maybe to be able to add fields like adding phone numbers to a contact.

I had just about given up hope of finding a simple multi sports logging & stats system - until I found this. Fifth star awarded recently because of enhancements e.g., colour segments on graph. Thanks. Now with data export :)

This is exactly what I was looking for: keep track of my training, view history, statistics and graphs. Everything is elegant and directly at hand, easy to use, fast to enter the data. I really like the fact that actual biking can be tracked separately from indoor cycling trainer, yet you always see also a cycling total. The developer is super-responsive. The comments here have already been addressed (week can start on Monday, there is the indoor cycling sport). I asked him to separate also indoor rowing trainer from actual rowing and the rowing sum, and voila - the update was there in two days! I don't know why most developers producing all the GPS trackers think we always want to sport with the smartphone in a pocket. It is often very inconvenient, often implies a high phone-wracking risk and very often ends up with a dead battery. We mostly have dedicated equipment for our favorite sports anyway. Similarly, I don't know why they think we want to boast online and waste time chatting about every bit of everyone's training. If you - like me - just want to know how you're doing with your training, this app does it exactly right.

Well worth the cost. Easy and simple. Just wish they'd add more sports (rock climbing and spinning) hint hint.

This app is great for what it's meant to be. I use it to plan and log endurance hiking events. The latest update introduced landscape mode which I like and label for hiking as well, so now it's perfect for me. Works fine and I like it.
