About Child-Growth PEZZ
This easy to use app allows you to track the course of your child’s growth, weight and BMI (Body-Mass-Index). By comparing your child’s results with the norms, you can see whether your child is growing properly and whether it gains the right amount of weight as it grows. This app comes with an explanation which will enable you to interpret the results and understand the curves. “Child Growth“ was developed by PEZZ, the Center for Pediatric Endocrinology Zurich, which is an internationally renowned Center specialized in hormonal and growth disorders, as well as sports medicine. PEZZ is one of the largest private research centers for pediatric and adolescent medicine in Switzerland.
The app is optimised for Android 4 and can be a bit slow on earlier versions, depending on your screen resolution

Nice to have an app like this to track growth. You enter the birthday. Then you take individual readings of height and weight and they are plotted against a graph showing the 3rd, 50th, and 97th percentiles. Here is where the problems begin. I entered past data and inexplicably the program messes with the dates and changes them, making them off by a few days. When you try to edit the date, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work. I assume pressing on the floppy disk icon saves the edits, but that is not the case. Perhaps this has to do with my entry of decimal point readings, that is, 142.7 instead of 143. So the program might be extrapolating and predicting a date instead of what I entered so that it can round off to integers. If so, a warning script would be welcomed to explain this. Overall, a great program. Although it did crash once the first day I used it once I revised an entry to include weight. I had only been entering heights, and when I went back to enter weight for the most recent reading, it crashed.

Works well on a Nexus, very helpful to quickly identify if your child falls below his expected growth so you can fix whatever is the cause before it stunts his expected height. Only so many days in your life to fit growing in, every day counts and that's what this app is all about.

Free isn't free when the greedy developer requires an account to be created to mine your personal data. Saved to a cloud server? Could you possibly be more vague?!! Uninstalling after a I leave this 1-star review.
