I have used this at hotels with great success! It's better than saying hello? That and the clerk has no idea which of the people standing at the counter rain the invisible bell.. I like that it has no ads, if it did I would uninstall it.

For such a simple app the developer could have done a better job of finding the correct sound. The sound stops way to soon, it should fade out.
