About 7Fit - The 7 Minute Workout
Twelve exercises that anyone can do at home, without equipment. In just seven minutes a day you strengthen your entire body.
An exercise takes 30 seconds. Between each exercise you do 10 seconds rest (relaxation time).
The upper body and the lower part of the body is trained alternately, to give the just unclaimed body parts some time to recover. So the order of the exercises is important.
The intensity is very high. The advantage, however: In a short time you've made it.
To enhance the training, you can repeat the exercise for two or three times.
