Such questions are answered by Sunday. It has the astronomical laws of the Sun Run programmed to predict the course of the sun.
In Islam, the prayer times depend on the position of the sun. The five ritual prayers of Salad, Fajr (dawn), Dhuhr (noon), Asr (Afternoon), Maghrib (Sunset) and Ischa (evening) can be displayed according to different standards. A compass shows the direction to Mecca.
The Sabbath (Shabbat) is in Judaism, the seventh day of the week, a rest day on which no work is to be done. The start on Friday evening 18 minutes before sunset may also be displayed with Sunday.

It has a clever great way to combine a 24 hour phenomenon with a 12 hour clock dial.

I never fully understood how sunset/sunrise actually work before using this app... Would be great if GPS is added... The graphics and animations are nice.

It is well designed, useful, and attractive. It however does not support non solar and non muslim customizations. I am Hindu, so it is less useful to me.

Ok, but I'd give 5 stars if: 1) it had a 24 hour face option (so the terrestrial plane didn't have to rotate) and 2) it would recognize that there is daylight savings time in my zone (the app is an hour behind my phone)
