Time Tracker - Timesheet

I love this app! I use this app to track my working hours for many different projects and companies that I work for. It is very easy to see daily totals and other reports for the information you are capturing. It is very easy to start and stop the timing, it is also easy to add notes and export to Excel for further analysis. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable! Some incredibly smart and intuitive person(s) created this gem! No kidding. Our does everything very well. Just when you think, Hmmm, I wonder if it will do this? It does! Great time and event tracking for anything you need accurate data and time tracking for. The ONLY thing I wish it would do is "auto cap" when you are beginning a new sentence. Other than that it is wonderful! Perfect 10!

Great app. I use this to track my work time. Then export to csv and copy and paste into my time card. It's very handy since I go between five projects that have dozens of tasks each. It is a bit challenging to learn the layout and options but once it is set up it's easy. One recommendation that I didn't see is "Share Project" or "Share All" so I can send this to my coworkers. Then someone I work with can hit the ground running with this app.

So far, so good. It does what I need allowing me to track my time by Customer, Project, and Task. It even has additional custom fields that can be used to track things like billing rate per task. Entries can be added and edited manually or by simply tapping a button to start timing on a task. The UI is fairly intuitive.

Takes the least time to switch tasks! One problem. I can't figure out any more how to change the start time of my current activity and have the end time of the previous activity automatically update. Looks like this awesome feature was removed during an upgrade. It could be my fault...

So far so good. It allows me to track my work hours on specific projects, and get quick reports for billing. It is not the most user friendly when it comes to finding features, but after a few minutes searching, I find what I need.

It does what I wanted it to do. I can quickly and easily keep track of my work time at the clock of a button. It's a little confusing on how to access past time logs, but if you need around a bit you can figure it out.

I love this app! As someone who works on many projects, it makes monitoring time per job a breeze. Previously I just relied on trying to remember what I'd done that day - often forgetting some hours worked. The Time Tracker means I always get paid for all the time I work! It's well laid out, comprehensive in its functors, whilst not being too complicated. A great app - thank you!

As a cabinet maker in a small town I sometimes have several projects on the go as well as specific operations in larger projects, and this lets me track everything much easier than ever before! No more trying to remember how much time I spend on different processes during the day or the time shields on whose project. I've even got a correspondence tab for taking phone calls and returning emails and am already surprised how much time in my day I was not allocating to appropriate jobs. I think this app is the ticket for analyzing time management and accurate billing. I would like to see automated scheduled backups available to my SD card instead of just internal storage!!

After using the app for quite some time I got bored and sought to look for alternatives. Couldn't find any! Best app! You can't do without it if you want to track all your activities. This app offers great customizability.

Great tracking system to help distribute your time equally. Currently using it to study for the GMAT. Prior to this, I was over estimating my study time lengths. Great app. With NO crappy overly invasive ads. Plus, you can sort and color code :-) It's the small things in life.

I have never time tracked before, I love it. This app is great. Simple enough to jump into but complex enough to be effective. I like how you stop and start timers instead of inputting time after the fact. I'd like to be able to track multiple activities at once.

I just found out that I needed Gleeo time tracker for years. I work on multiple consulting projects and have been tracking by hand on paper. This app is amazingly easy to use and the UI is clean and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great app. It works as intended. It keeps track of my hours when I go to work. It let's you look into the past to see which days you have worked, and for how long. I do however find it to be a bit confusing. I am sure there are a lot more features that I just don't know about. Of course, I never really dug deep into it to discover what it can do...

This has worked perfectly for months- smooth, no bugs. I love the simple "no training required" interface. But it's not too simple. It had just enough customization to make it fit my needs.

Excellent and very well thought out app. The interface design is perhaps outdated by today's standards, making it potentially less intuitive to use, but it's otherwise fully functional and works well. After a day of using it, I didn't hesitate to buy full version.

This app is exactly what I was looking for; a simple, easy to use project time tracker. I'm a quilter and work in multiple projects at a time. It's easy to switch from one to the next and back with just a touch. Now when people ask, "how long did it take you to make that?" I don't have to guess or make something up. I know. Best thing, no ads while using the app. Thank you for making this app!!! Oh, and I'll be attending a quilt convention in a couple of weeks. I will be telling EVERYONE I meet about this app!!

Enables me to keep track of the hours I work each month and how long different tasks have taken. It would be great if once I have set the beginning and end date for each month orbit saved it. My pay months do not always run from 1st to the end of the month and I have to reset the dates every time. Other than that it does everything I need it to! Would definitely recommend.

This five star rating isn't given for the looks, effects or something similar, but for the excellent functionality provided. Sure, it would be nice if it wouldn't forget the tasks/projects/time interval selected when changing orientation in the overview (presets would be cool too!), but okay. EDIT: New bug. Stopping a task immediately after starting, i.e. double-tapping the "play" button in the area above the task list makes Gleeo lose its mind. Won't log anything after that, even if a task is started from the list below.

This app is the best I've found for time tracking. Though the interface took getting used to; I stuck with it and am happy I did. Bonus: it lets you export your time data-- you could be your own data science project!

This app is awesome! In the beginning I had difficulty with the UI, but now I got hang of it. It was because the UI conveys lots of info which is good:)

Outstanding app to keep track of time worked. Easy to use and set up. The only thing I haven't found is a way to summarize a specific job, and when I worked on that job. That would be a nice feature.

I'm about to uninstall. 24 hours after I installed and subscribed, i still can't access the web portion. It says I'm not registered. The app, however, says I am. I'm not going to wait until this free trial period ends. Fix it? Is this what I can expect from your service? This is dumb. Coulda been a contenda. Edit after developer response: How long until it syncs? I still can't login to the website?

Only one thing (for me) to make this app best above any others, please provide widget with each project. Widgets are so handy. I think, we don't need to see the full screen each time we log-in to our project. We also check progress periodically, not from time to time. So, widget is a must. Thanks.

It does a great job! Been using it for quite awhile and haven't had problems with it.

Best app i found so far, reason: Treelike datastructure. You have domains, projects and tasks. When you start a task-record it will create an entry of a task which can be edited and selected in a timeline. At the last page you can see the different sums (per domain, project or task) by hitting the rectangle at bottom.

I really like the way this app is organized, and I track my work as categories (tasks) for multiple departments (projects) for my employer (domain). With the widget on my home screen, it's a quick, single click to track my moving from one task to another. Easy to edit if I forget to click and easy report of your accumulated time across any time period (day, week, month) for each project. I've used this for 6 months now and it's my favorite of several I tested, and the only one I've used for more than a week. Give it a try. Setup is the key, and once setup, really unobtrusive to use.

Just fantastic. No ads, maximum functionality. I use it all day and I've really noticed a difference in my time management.

The UI seems a bit outdated but the functionality is super awesome! It gets even better with the automagic automation (I am not paid to say this:)

Easy to set up easy to use. One pain is the backup export process. But this is me just being lazy. Still 5 stars.

This app does not record time correctly if tasks are started or stopped using the notification slider

I expected to need days, if not weeks, to find a timer so that did exactly what I needed. It took five minutes.

Seems very full featured. Three days in I am still stumbling around trying to use it.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. If you do a lot of small tasks with constant context switching this app is perfect. The ability to categorize the tasks into projects and categories is exactly what I needed and now I can track what I do at my job to a fine level of detail. It also does not appear to be a battery hog.

Clear and easy time recording. Viewing the results is less intuitive, less easy to get to what I want, but overall it's the most practical I've found.

Eureka! This is a fantastic time tracking app that doesn't make the mistake of trying to do too much. As a productivity hacker, I prefer to decide for myself how to pair Gleeo with other apps that focus more on journaling and documentation.

Simple to use, yet feature-full. The developers carefully thought about every single function, e.g. when changing a time entry, the app offers to adjust the adjacent entries correspondingly. Best time tracking tool I've seen so far!

Have used this app since 2015. It has been the most straight foward app I tried. The last update with multiple domains was when I quit looking at other apps. I recommend this to everyone who need to track various jobs and easily export time into a spreadsheet.

Great app with easy interface for tracking where you spend your time. I work across multiple projects and it's great to change accounts with a single tap. Exporting your time log is just as easy and I can email it to anyone (myself for backup or to Billing). Love it.????
