Pathshare is a beautiful app that helps you share your path in realtime. It was designed to be simple to use and make realtime location sharing a safe experience. With Pathshare, you can easily setup a session with your friends and share your location for a defined period of time. HOW DOES IT WORK?
• Tap on the round button to start sharing your location. It's as simple as that!
• To actually share your location, you need to enable your phone's location services and allow Pathshare to use them.
• Please allow Pathshare to read your address book so that you can share your location with your friends from within the app.
• Choose a time duration you want to share your location for. Pathshare will automatically stop sharing your location after this time expires.
• Send the invitation as a link via your favourite messaging app.
• Join a session by accepting the invitation you received from your friends. Simply tap on the link within the text message.
• Watch your friends move on the map in real time. See their speed. See their motion activity.
• Select a session participant from a session list to zoom to their location.
• Switch to satellite view.
• Zoom to all participants.
• Read notifications about nearby participants, session joins and leaves.

Pathshare? It's rather pointshare. Almost useless if you can't define destination for your share. Take a look at Glymplse. Learn. Develop new, better Glympse. Uff. Google is finally implementing this feature in Google maps.

I am most impressed by the way this app has combined simplicity, intuitive interface and powerful functionality. I would have given it five stars if this version included the Low Battery consumption eco mode of the professional version. I am training for a 12 hour trail run and it is vital that support and family can follow my progress. But the one dollar per day cost of the professional version is unreasonable for private use. I sympathize with your business needs but suggest you instead have a premium ve

Nice and does what I need. I have 2 wishes: 1) Keep GPS active while a session is created/joined. I will obviously not keep my phone awake the whole time I wish to share my position! For now, I use "GPS Keep" to keep it on. 2) Add some "Update frequency" option. I only have 100mb/month and too many updates eat my data plan.

So much better than anything in this class. Can't be touched by Glympse or the express version. It's clean, simple, functional and add free, similar to the now unsupported Mobi but better. A couple of suggestions, maybe an option to have a trail that fades so you can gauge general direction from the last few movements. Also, I keep my phone in landscape in the car for sat nav, could we have the start screen in landscape too? Nice work developer, appreciated!

I recently used this app on a long distance trip and found it quite helpful in keeping track of each car in real time. It did a fantastic job and I was impressed with the accuracy it offered. I would appreciate the added ability to select an option to override my set screen time out, always leaving the screen on. If possible, different colors for each user would be a great addition. An optional night mode would help too. Thanks for making such a great app!

Just for have nearby notifications deserves 4 stars. The other app I been telling them to add this feature for yrs. SMH. Suggestions I gave the other app yrs ago they didn't add Incorporate chat heads to communicate in browser for none app users i would love that. Vibrate or alert tone if traffic is delaying user.. "Just a few ideas" Auto send to certain users through time, date ,gps, or wifi out of range.

I am a little concerned about the terms and conditions that seem to permit the developers the right to do anything they please with your data, however, a if you can get over that it is better than anything in this class. Can't be touched by Glympse or the express version. It's clean, simple, functional and add free, similar to the now unsupported Mobi but better.
