My perception of an app is that it has at least the same if not better functionality than a website, in fact there is no personal data about you probably because of the paranoid data protection and security act for the Swiss government. But nevertheless better save your time with this 18MB app without any customized information. Maybe I'll try it again when it's out of alpha phase.

Je souhaite aller dans un pays pour 1 an, l'app indique la criminalité, les arnaques, la saison des pluies etc = excellent. Mais par contre en cas de problème, l'app ne prends pas mon adresse, mon no de tél, ne me connaît pas du tout... il faut aller sur internet, créer un compte email et mot de passe (qu'on oublie) et mettre les données sur le site internet... elle n'est pas sensé servir à cela cette app et nous reconnaît avec notre compte gmail de profile et sait automatiquement quel no de tél nous avons etc etc ? Je me demande combien de personnes vont utiliser cette app...
