Diese COOP App ist deutlich schlechter als das Pendant von Migros. Bei COOP können maximal 10 digitale Coupons aktiviert werden. Ein technischer Grund für diese Beschränkung ist nicht ersichtlich. So kommt man aber bei COOP um den lästigen Papiersalat dann doch nicht herum. Bei Migros ist die Zahl unbegrenzt, was das Nutzen der Coupons stark vereinfacht. Hoffe, COOP nimmt sich das beim nächsten Update zu Herzen. 20. Feb. 2018 Die App lässt nach mehreren Monaten und mindestens einem, wenn nicht sogar mehreren Updates noch immer nur 10 aktivierte Coupons zu. Die Konkurrenz hat längst eine unlimitierte Anzahl. Ich kaufe daher die Erklärung des Coop Teams nicht ab, dass es eine technisch aufwändige Sache wäre, die Anzahl gleichzeitig aktivierbarer Coupons zu erhöhen. Wer auch nur ein wenig von Programmieren versteht, hat Mühe, diese Erklärung zu glauben. Ansonsten wäre nämlich die App miserabel programmiert. Es liegt vielmehr die Vermutung nahe, dass Coop die Limitierung zur “Marktforschung“ nutzt: bei limitierter Anzahl Coupons ist man nämlich gezwungen, auszuwählen. Damit gibt man bereits wieder wertvolle Kunden Information an Coop weiter...

I really like this app and I use it extensively for my day to day grocery shopping. Of course the limit on digital coupons (10) is a bit annoying but overall it's not something that impedes my decision to use this app. Would be happy to provide a more detailed review(as I am an avid user) upon request.

I like the app overall however I wish all superpoints could be transferred into a voucher. If you have 890 points, let the client transfer the points into CHF 8.90. I do like the option of collecting trophy points, two things I think thay should be different here: 1) Since you can keep track of every single Frank spent, give the Trophy points accordingly, not only for every full CHF 10.-. You could even keep track of the points e.g. CHF12.90 and next purchase is CHF 17.10 you should give the client 3 Trophy points and not only 2) The full 20 Trophy points seem complicated to transfer into a voucher. It should open similar to a CHF10.- voucher.

Eigentlich okay, aber das Laden der App dauert ewig und dann muss man über Menü noch Karten wählen bis man endlich den Strichcode hat. Besser wäre diesen als erstes anzuzeigen und danach den Rest online nachladen.

Just kicked my login out to force me sign up for the new one, nevertheless my plastic card with the very same barcode still works. Bad habit! I tried updating to supercard login but even the hotline is not able to add my e-mail, "usually people have gmail or gmx, that works..." , kicked me, does not allow my e-mail, so I guess I will just use my barcode on a paper...

App bietet coole Funktionen, wie beispielsweise das Umwandeln von Supercard Punkten in Geld oder auch das aktivieren von unterschiedlich Promotionen, wie beispielsweise Gutscheine fürs günstiger Tanken. WAS mich sehr überrascht, bereits ab 1sek nach Aktivierung eines Gutscheins, können ihn die Coop Kassen bereits verwenden. (Real Time)

Nutzlos wann immer man es braucht verlangt die verdammte App ein neues Login. Mal Super Card Nummer, mal Pin mal Passwort mal E-Mail. Immer nur das was man nicht zur Hand hat. Und dann manipuliert die App die Display Helligkeit RUNTER Wie dumm muss einer sein dass zu programmieren. Für Scanner Erkennung muss Helligkeit rauf gesetzt werden nicht RUNTER.

Seit 2 Wochen Probleme mit der neuen Supercard ID. Support nicht wirklich hilfreich. Momentan ist die Applikation nicht brauchbar! Schade!

the digital account id is not working. each time I insert the RIGHT code received via SMS it says it's impoasible to connect card and account. that means this APP becomes useless.
