Color Blind Check for Android
This test is so much better than the ones with numbers that I would try to guess. Cut and dried... you see the different colored square or you don't. It's neat to learn what type of color blindness I have. Thank you for this app!
This app is nice cuz it gives u type and severity degree of CBD. What i don't like is there's no community/scores to compare to. So i get protan 37/100 and pbd type 10-0-0, what do i do with it? I would like to see how good or bad that is compared to other CB ppl, do all ppl with normal color vision get 0/100 or 1, or they get 10,15 and so on...This program needs community, statistics maybe something like 100 hue test has. Anyway i think this is the most simple and accurate test for severity of cb.
Hands down the best color deficiency test app! Not only accurate, it gives a better analysis and explanation. My 8 year old son has a moderate to severe red green deficiency and has a pair of Enchroma glasses. THERE ARE CORRECTIVE LENSES AVAILABLE THAT HELP MOST COLORBLIND INDIVIDUALS! They work!
The game is fun, and the test lined up with others I've taken. It's accurate even down to when I was tested at an optometrist's office. I was told I had red-green deficiency, and this test showed that. It's cool!
I utterly bombed this test (99/100 strong protan) and it took nearly the full test duration since I could hardly find the colors. My friend nearly aced the test and it only took a minute for him. Hope this test gets official recognition!
Unique app that quickly and easily identifies the type and degree of colour deficiency the user has (if any). The way the test works removes the fudge factor that exists in the Ishihara tests. I would have given 5 stars if your website didn't have the red download hyperlink obscured by a greenish background.
I'd give 5 stars for the functionality and zero for the language choice. Accuse me of being politically correct, but words matter. You don't call people who can see "blind". You don't call people who are typical "normal". Color does not exist out there. It exists in the brain and how it responds to wavelength. It is pejorative to term a non typical response as "not normal". Disability is a normal part of life. But the only disability here is not being typical. Typical people obuse their privilege. For what it is worth, my personal vision is typical. But your language still offends me. No one wants to offend their users. Please make the effort to not offend the population you portend to be helping.
This app seems awesome for testing for color blindness. I'm not color blind myself but since I researched a lot about this topic recently I'd really recommend it to testing for color blindness.
I got a 1/100 severity with 3873 cbc score. What does that mean? It is saying no or very slight?

Thought I had a little bit, didn't know what type. Thanks
CBC of 1918....I'll never be a pilot :p
Great app thanks. When is the full version out?
Very good app
Simply great!
Love it!
Excellent
After years of: "You're colorblind huh? What color is..." And having people point out every object in sight, I finally have something that is tangible to give them a better idea. How do you describe being colorblind, accurately, to someone who isn't? If you don't see what they do, it's pretty challenging to say the least. So, again I say thank you for the app. Even with the disclaimer of "not scientifically proven", this app has proven more than handy since the first moment I installed it. Again, thank you
By no means would I suggest that this app is one hundred percent accurate, but it is fun and helps point you towards what type of color vision deficiency you may have. Definitely seek an optometrist for a professional diagnosis.
Don't use!
It is possible to improve oneself somewhat. By repeating many times and by gambling on some hunches one can figure out better what (very) small differences to look for. I managed to get from persistent scores of 95-98 to around 88 (10-0-0 protan). One should be very focused and without any distractions. With the updated version with the screen on full brightness it's actually more difficult. Maybe I will get used to it. It is also good that the screen stays on.

At last a Graded test to show severity of your color blindness. Good to see that possibly my color blindness isn't as bad as I thought.
With a lot of people in the family that have color blindness, it's nice to have an app that can test for it. It seems quite accurate.
I knew before trying that I was color blind red green. This just confirmed what I already knew. Nice app all the same

Before i do... I have truble seeing red and orange and blue and purple i know im not color blind but can i be paitaly color blind? Is it possible?
Un bon moyen de savoir si on a des signes de daltonisme. Les tests sont sympa.
It's one of the better tests I've seen lately.
I enjoyed it
I'm partially colorblind and can't even make it to the end of the test. Tells me I had too many wrong touch points and makes me start over. I'm sure it's fine for anyone not colorblind wanting confirmation of such.
Good test because you get details what type and how strong. Possible improvement would be to remove the time constraints and reduce the stress.
Used the colorblindor site and was great. The app is outstanding. 100% accurate for me. Red vision deficiency....
Don't use!
Tells you what kind you have
Would have been useful, if I could understand, what am I even supposed to see. There is to much flickering, I can't concentrate on the task, and by the time I see something, it's too late to press it
I got a perfect score but the green board was slightly harder for me then the others. Wonder what that means.

The newest version of the app renders it useless for me. I only ever used maximum brightness in the harshest of direct sunlight. Because of my light sensitive eyes I can barely see the screen. Will re-review if changed (an option in the options menu would do well I think)
