AndMote XBMC for Android
Looks good but how do you configure application is not intuitive at all no instructions either I guess that this application was created to gather bad reviews
I got a raspberry pi and an old android phone running 2.2.2, and I spent an hour searching for a specific apparently, and this worked perfectly, now I can be lazy and watch my shows on the couch or in bed. Thank you so much, love it!!!
Nothing but connection error. I know my settings are correct for ip and username. App is no good.
Ok nice.thanx
Whats the host ???
Simple design, all needed functions covered and runs very smoothly; far more so than the official remote. Any issues are tiny (like sorting of titles not excluding "the"). Works on a tablet, though design could be optimized to utilize the extra screen size better. Best xbmc remote so far.
For a first version. Design is better than the one of the official xbmc remote. However, the app still needs some additional functionality. Excited to see these features upcoming.
I just can't get it to work
UI is very basic. Does not have many of the features the official app or YATSE Widget app has. Not bad, just others are better.
The official XBMC remote is free, and much better than this.
Need to be able to skip the currently playing video around. Also, the hardware volume buttons on the Android should control the volume in xbmc. Would be nice to see/queue video addon entries, but that does appear problematic.
Connects finr, but lame that it doesnt dl artwork
Works great on my TouchPad running ICS. Easy to use and has great features and formatting on tablet screen. Would love to have SD/HD notations added, as well as the ability to see/mark "viewed".
Seems functional, nothing particularly broken. Should get you up and running if you're walking away from the official remote. Very plain interface though; no browse by file option, no saved connections ... very basic remote in other words.
Can't wait to hit gold with new features thanks for this the official remote is really getting archaic
Great app! Just needs turn on and off buttons to be perfect IMO! Will be 5 stars when it has this feature :)
This saved my relationship.
add volume button pls
Works great so far. Really like the smaller file size too.
Has any developer seen the iOS xbmc remotes? Aim for that quality, not this lard...
Does exactly what i need and much more.
There's some functionality missing, but what's there seems to be working really well - unlike the official remote B-) Can we please have Wake On Lan client built in?
Would get 5 stars if our could queue songs rather than just playing 1 by 1. Fast and simple interface.
There is only thumbnail support for movies.
On your way!
Just average Seems functional, nothing particularly broken. Should get you up and running if you're walking away from the official remote. Very plain interface though; no browse by file option, no saved connections ... very basic remote in other words.

Spot on Great app! Just needs turn on and off buttons to be perfect IMO! Will be 5 stars when it has this feature :)
Over looked a few features Need to be able to skip the currently playing video around. Also, the hardware volume buttons on the Android should control the volume in xbmc. Would be nice to see/queue video addon entries, but that does appear problematic.
Best for tv/films. Didn't create music playlists. Would get 5 stars if our could queue songs rather than just playing 1 by 1. Fast and simple interface.
Buggy The official XBMC remote is free, and much better than this.
If only it would sync I just can't get it to work
No detail for TV shows There is only thumbnail support for movies.
