My GHMC

Useless app just to showoff how technologically advanced is GHMC. Why would the need a pic to be uploaded. Even if u want to upload something and click on the camera icon, it comes back to main menu & it will never go further even if u click repeatedly on desired grievience. U loose whatever u typed, It sucks big time. Pretty Useless.

To app developers: Why would a mosquitos related complaint have a photo associated? Why a photo from the gallery cannot be attached to the complaint. With the current version of the app, a user has to stand at the problem location, take a photograph and write the corresponding description. Is it really a practice expected from the public to stand on road and keep typing the report in safety grounds? I don't think so. I would expect the engineer in you to think these basic things!! Hope someone sees this

Today morning downloaded the GHMC app. Even after 6 hours, am not received OTP to activate the app. Customer Service No.21111111 is also not functioning. Always getting ready made answer "line busy contact after some time". Scap of Telangana accumulated in GHMC Hard. Irresponsible employees.

It'll be great if we can upload the photos from the gallery. As I try to report a grievance, it drags me back to the main menu. I have to keep closing it time and again to be able to access the complaint form. The initiative is great but needs a lot of fixes. Please look into it. Thank you.

Waste of time. Been a week since I have raised a request but they don't care. App is just a dummy, they don't call or address the issue. Waste of time

Just another joke by Lazy GHMC. No Geo -tag and complain remains closed while I see road still having pot holes. First hire good contractors .

Such a worst app I've ever seen...more than 30mins I've been waiting for OTP in order to validate my mobile number to login. But till now I didn't get anything. Don't know what's wrong vth app even though having such a good technology in present days. Am I the only one who is facing the problem with this app?

App is good. When complaint is lodged the concerned staff have no knowledge of jurisdiction and it is refered to different Zones. So update the areas to the staff who receive complaints.

Use less app. Use less governance. From 5ys our roads are not repaired. 2 times I complained in this app. Nothing changed. Y to make people fools when you are not in a position to make a change in Telangana

Can't submit a issue with already taken photo. There should be a option to 'upload a photo' along with 'take a photo' . and a option to give multiple type of complaints at once.

Thanks to CGG and GHMC for coming up such an useful app which helps citizens of twin cities to report and get attention of municipal and other authorities towards the various problems. Thanks to some of the authorities who act and respond to fix the reported with the understanding of vision of mission of the government. I believe some officials and ground level workers need learning to improve themselves. Appreciate if App is improved more on performance and user experience. It's observed when we raise any ticket with type as Others and try opening next time, navigation does not take to right ticket. Also appreciate if App is integrated with other departments like electricity, water and sewage for tickets to be redirected respective officials or at least contact details of concern authorities is provided while closing the ticket avoiding blanks remarks. Initiative and App is good, but as usual GHMC is GHMC. They close the ticket without any action. I request authorities to take action against people spoiling the image of GHMC

Response is good but add a feature to upload the taken pictures not like on spot pictures. Some times its not possible to post directly the photo, instead if there is a option to upload photo would be better.

This app is not working properly payment gateway problems and also name door number area all searching problems is there some circles are there so many circles are missd

Adding OTP for downloading Cerificate is very good option but moreover its creating problem for birth certificate and death certificate because no one added there number on form or at online service,because no one ask to provide. now the concern where we will get OTP as there is no number added on server.. How can we download our birth certificate now???

This app is started by GHMC but when we submit our grieviences ppl will come immediately but its of vain.they dont rectify the problem so its mere waste

GHMC Street Lights at Badichowdi Vegetable Market not functioning. Complaint given through GHMC app. Grievance not solved, but they sent SMS message as grievance solved. This is how GHMC works.

Anyone can download anyone's birth certificate.. Pathetic! You cannot make my personal details to public.. This must be actioned immediatly.

Main problem with this app is said in all below reviws. We can't attach a photo from gallery. System to report complaint and complaint tracking is good.

Absolute stupid and nuts are the guys who have developed this App. How can you take photo for street lights not glowing grievance without which you don't accept the complain. Govt. Apps are made by fools is proved.

A request to developer, please delete the app from playstore as almost two weeks have been completed from date of registering a complaint. Pathetic app.

My old complaint details lost got which I had raised on yesterday. I don't see it after the new update which is released today.

The OTP is never received..tried six times in the last two days to get myself registered. Useless when it doesn't work.

Very well managing by TS Govt. Things are happening now within SLA and more over without no follow up. Appreciated.

Nice app to make the healthy relationship between public and Ghmc department, but some correction needed in uploading photos from gallery and adding one more can we expect birth certificate corrections also added? Is any meseva Android application?

This app facility is not b going in old City it is just a discrimination for old City people I had lodge a complain a week ago but sofar no body had responded to my complaint​. Bluffing on d name of e-services.

waste aap i had complaint about new street light 15 days before till now the complain is still open waste waste....

Should allow to upload a photo, the camera option provided doesn't auto focus and is stupid.

I submitted a complaint in grievance,later when I go to check status its Blank..Nothing to show??

Waste app unable to upload photos saved in phone galary, we need to take photos and upload at spot only, we can not upload images afterwards

The photo shows up side down. It is most confusing to send the details. The app developers must rectify the bugs

I raised a complaint but the complaint was forwarded to Alwal zone . They replied that its not our zone . No option select the circle
