Who are the app developers? First of all the development is pathetic with no sense of aesthetics. The UI, user-friendliness and other aspects score below 0. And aren't there any Test Engineers or QA Engineers, so that this app should have gone through atleast few cycles of testing before release? Or if they are there, why common issues have been missed out from their side while testing? I don't care whether others have pointed this out, but atleast 6-7 high priority issues have been found out from my side!
