Hell Worst service Full of issue n debug..... Must handle these debugs n develop a better payment gateway.... Otherwise there is no such reason to create this app....
I tried paying the CESCOM electricity bill using this app, while doing so it asks for a 11 digit customer ID whereas the customer ID provided in the electric bill is only 10 digits. Can you please check and rectify this? Developer please reply to this.
This app needs an update but unfortunately no one has cared to make one. Online payment cannot be done anymore which needs to get fixed.
We are paying bills using customer id, not getting into a vault. This app (and your website too) expect us to type in the customer id, whereas it is saved in some soft note! Please allow copy/paste in customer id field!!
Very 3rd class app. Need to improve application pages. Pages are not coming properly. How any one do monetary transaction with these types of risks
Worse app, cesc, have to improve it, after 17 times trying yet I didn't got OTP,
The worst application i have ever seen. Previously at least cud log into the app...Now all my customer IDs are showing invalid. Contacted the tech group many times...But the solutions they suggested are all bogus. I think...The developers of this app are still sleeping....!!!

Unable to login. Whenever I am putting the customer id, it says invalid but I am giving the right customer id. Also tried with consumer ID as well but same problem. Please assist.
SERVICE OF CESC HAS BECOME VERY POOOR. For new electric connection I hv deposited money & documents 2 months back but it has not yet provided the connection. Several times I have visisted the office with no results.
The latest version 1.1.7 says that payment screen modified, but trust me when the payment made an acknowledgement appears in screen with a close button, but this close button doesn't go back to the home page, so everytime I have to force close the app to make the next payment as the payment acknowledgement screen is not redirected to any other pages, please upgrade your app.
Very stupid app, works like a malware, won't allow to close the servey page.. jerk! I am not able to initiate new transaction

UI / Design should be improved. And after payment, the confirmation box can't be closed by clicking "CLOSE" button from the screen. So I can't able to go to the home screen or any other screen from the confirmation page. Please rectify this. Otherwise I don't have any issue in payment process. The process was smooth.
