Downloaded the app put in all my details but it won't send me out confirmation sms??

So we booked a central. Didn't turn up even though I booked it after standing outside the place. Rang up 15 minutes after it was due. They lied to me saying they turned up, they hadn't and just hung up on me. Terrible service, why bother using when they don't turn up and lie.

Can't add my card again

App works well unfortunately it relies on drivers who have started not turning up and an office who will not answer the phone when customers are trying to find out what is going on. 2 trains missed to date so not impressed.

Able to book and pay via app yay

The app is very good and makes bookings easy and easy to track driver. Taxi service generally v good. Good drivers. However taxis have been coming later 5-10min later in more than a few occasions. Whilst in past were always few min early or on time. This is early morning when no traffic. 6-7am. Considering bookings made by app or phone well in advance you'd expect car to be on time. Hopeful service improves. Will update in coming weeks.

Best service in Morley and now a first class app to match. Keep up the good work. Brilliant.
