Se han desarrollado 5 variantes del sistema doorman, cada una considera las características propias de la organización, siendo estas:

EDIFICIOS RESIDENCIALES.-
Su unidad principal son departamentos, los usuarios son residentes los que tienen dependientes ( familiares que residen y personal de servicio doméstico). Tienen horarios preestablecidos de acuerdo a las normas de su comunidad, los residentes deciden aceptar notificaciones, registrar a sus dependientes y pueden programar ingresos de corredores inmobiliarios y servicios de remodelación cuando sus departamentos estas desocupados.

CONDOMINIOS RESIDENCIALES.-
Tiene las misma aplicaciones que los edificios, cambiando los departamentos por lotes o casas, los primeros con condiciones limitadas a determinados.

EDIFICIOS DE OFICINAS.-
La unidad principal es la Oficina, todas las visitas se realizan previa identificación con entrega de pases, presenta la opción de controlar los estacionamientos para visitas.

EMPRESAS.-
Diseñada para el control de acceso a instalaciones de locales independientes puerta calle, la unidad principal es la Gerencia, no cuenta con el módulo de Corredores.

CLUBES.-
la unidad principal es el Asociado quien debe haber ingresado para activar el ingreso de visitas, los Invitados pueden generar un ticket de pago, no se requerirá el módulo de Corredores, Remodelaciones, Operarios y el módulo de dependientes será cargado directamente por el MANAGER.
