I was looking for a good 4x4 widget to take notes on that wasn't the standard HTC Notes widget (as that saves to the SD Card and is glitchy). So I grabbed this one. No problems with it, has a bunch of different widget sizes and is pleasing to the eye. Definitely worth the 99 cents.
