Every time I try this apparently all I every get is "unfortunately Castillo player has crashed". Pure junk. And this is the player recommended by my Roswell DVR camera system.

updating removed all information stored in my device list. thanks... Also, the older version ranfaster. Sometimes cameras load very slowly or don't even load at all. I would switch back tp the older version but it stopped working one day and reinstalling it doesn't help.
