Dont use this app and company. They are overcharging and not giving discounts even though they emailes discount information while making booking. Call to customer care goes on hold for long. It seems these five stars ratings have been given by their employees

App doesn't show the bill amount. Driver charged me 1100, and later the bill received was of 946. Call to customer care also didn't help.

Nice UI, but rates for airport drop and even Hourly packages are very much high as compared to other competitors like ola and uber.. minimum rates for airport from my house in gurgaon shows 800 Rs.. but other cabs charges just 300 Rs.

Booking ID 6612916. Please avoid Myles. They are cheats who will rob you off your money. I had an issue with them which took 4 hours to resolve and ended with me losing one days rent for a booking which should have taken no more than 30 mins to resolve. Their customer service is dysfunctional; they will make you talk to 5 people before they take you seriously. Their systems are very very archaic; even the smallest of changes are impossible. And different people will tell you different things.

They cancelled my ride an hour before the scheduled depart citing shortage of cabs, ruining my outing. I had no alternatives left but cancel my plans. Being a Sunday, their number was also not answered.
