Absolutely ridiculous app and service. For the past few months I've gave them chances to deliver important items and all what I got is the same lame reason of not having enough drivers or because it is a weekend or because of Ramadan! Out of 7 orders none were delivered on time and worse the app just becomes worse with every new version it updates to. Time-critical services like this should not exist if the staff are not enough, the app is bad or the promised times are not going to be met. What crappy experience this has been.
