I have tried it and its worked good so far...i do wish the balance would update after spending. This would be helpful for amounts on cards that I don't use completely on one purchase. I don't like the fact that they only have a 7 Day guarantee. What if the card I purchase is more than I'm actually spending and when I go to use the balance (after the 7 days) and it's gone. I may try this if I can find a gift card for at least as much or if not less than I am spending to give it a try.

Do not recommend. Lost my money. egift cards from ABC/CardCash also pretty instantly delivered with a 45 day warranty, and great customer support. Had issue with giftme, told me too bad. Had issues with CardCash had refund in 1 day. Also recommend Gift Card Bin, Saveya and Cardpool. Those are the gift card exchanges to spend your money. I am a bulk buyer/seller. In my opinion Giftme needs to do a better job screening their sellers.

First the app wanted my credit card information. Normal. Then it wanted a photo of the front and back of the card. Unusual. Lastly, it wanted a photo of the front and back of my ID. Not a chance. Even if this app is legitimate, the fact that they collect this information in the first place is worrisome. What if their systems are compromised?

Purchased a $100 gift card only to be told it has no balance. I made the purchase Dec 30 and it's now Jan 2. I have not recieved communication after using the help menu. Edit: Upon listing the 1 star, I recieved a notification from giftme that the amount was refunded. Hopefully they can figure out how to guarantee the validity of the cards before selling them. Also the limitation on the number of stores offered and the inventory of cards to purchase aren't enough to meet my needs.

Logs me out then app won't work. So many gift card apps out there, pick another one that actually works.

Great gift card source! Some of the cards are only garenteed for 7 days, so only buy them when you're going to use them. You get the card instantly, and at a great rate!

Bought several cards from Gift Me. Most worked but a few didn't. Because it was past 7 days, Gift Me Support said tough luck. Lost $200. Buyer beware...

Very user-friendly and very helpful for saving money. Just wish they had more cards. I would recommend they partner up with gift card granny and EBATES. If they do that. Dam shopping would be AMAZING

Your app changes the game for giftcard spending. It eliminates the friction associated with giftcard spending, which is knowing beforehand which giftcards to buy and how much to purchase. No issues with my purchases!!! My app to go!!!

I love saving money. This app just made it so much easier. Just remember it take a few hours to get verified before you can make your first purchase. Impressed with prompt response and resolution of problem from Phil K. Looking forward to Christmas shopping with this app.

Tried to verify my credit card and it instantly says my camera is out of space but I know for a fact I have enough space. Fix the app so I can finally pay you guys for a Starbucks gift card! Reply: s7 edge, it instantly says my camera is out of memory to take the pic. Bummer

You have to send a copy of your card which is the biggest flaw of this app. Card rates are good but a picture of your card is excessive even if it is to protect from fraud or get the lower transaction fee by processing as a physical transaction vs virtual. Giving it a try and will update after but be aware of this very sketchy requirement that I have never seen from any other online retailer and I shop online a lot... it screams BEWARE!!!! User base may stay small with this requirement in place

The first gift card I purchased went through with no problems. The second time I tried to purchase a gift card they took the money from my credit card yet the app says "pending payment verification's" for the past 12 hours. Same credit card - same store - they took my money yet won't issue the gift card. Shady.. there are more reliable companies to purchase discounted gift cards from. *Update* - The hold on my credit card was released the next day and the gift card was not sent. Giftme contacted me today (3 days later) to resolve the issue. I will try to buy through them again as my 1st purchase went through fine. After reading the horror stories from some of the gift card discount sites I thought the worse was happening. Giftme seems like an honest company and I think this was just an odd occurrence.

Very easy to use and saves me money

The application forces you to agree to the Terms of Service despite the fact I couldn't read them in the app. Before allowing you to buy a gift card you'll be requested to send pictures of your credit card which is uncomfortable. Finally, no option is offered to delete your profile if you simply change your mind after all of this. Edit: After reading the responses I can't imagine how will they answer if you request support for any problem...

I had to take photos of my credit card, twice, and then got an email that it was rejected? Not user friendly, and I felt super uneasy uploading a photo of my daily use credit card. Other options are better/easier to use.

My first real experience wasn't the best but was my fault for not researching the functionality of the service. Giftme is w/o a doubt customer service focused who truly cares about their customers and their satisfaction as they were "ninja fast" 2 respond to my issues and truly went above & beyond 2 ensure my happiness. Will b using 4 holiday gift giving and on my planned shopping trips in the future and can see how this can be a great way to save. Thank you Giftme for coming to my rescue and making right

Excellent app! The way they've designed this app is excellent. Unlike buying discounted gift cards on gift card reseller websites, this app provides instant delivery of electronic gift cards. This is great because it allows you to buy your gift cards right at the checkout line, after the cashier has rung up your order. You tell the app how much you're spending, and it will search its inventory for a collection of gift cards that add up to something close to but not greater than how much you're trying to spend. This is awesome! There's no need to keep track of your discounted gift cards that you would've otherwise bought from a website (since you'd just use all the cards you bought from the app while in the checkout line). There's no need to remember to carry gift cards around. And their customer service is amazing. I didn't actually use the app as the use case scenario above. I bought a bunch of gift cards in a short time frame, and they called to make sure these were legitimate transactions. And I got to learn a bit more about the company and the app. The "personal touch" was great. Love this app. Highly recommended. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would.

If you like saving money this is a great little app! They utilize Braintree which is associated with PayPal, so security/trust wasn't a big concern for me. I purchased 32 gift cards. Of the 32, 31 worked perfectly. Not only did customer service promptly & without hassle refund me the purchase amount for the 1 card, but they also issued me another gift card! It's almost as though they WANT my business! Do yourself a favor & don't make an Amazon purchase without this app!!!

Feels like a scam. You have to send them a picture of your card front and back. I attempted to use a prepaid which they rejected and sent me a text that says "We could not verify your payment method. Please use a real credit card and try again." Doesn't seem like a ligit message one would receive
