GoSwedish - Learn Swedish!

The app is very good it's working perfectly i'm going to Sweden in June to visit a friend of mine that lives there. The only little thing is that if the app can slow down the voice so I can understand the pronunciation better. Or maybe add a regulator to the app slow to fast. Thanks a lot very helpful.

This I the first app I've purchased from google play and i am pleased! I love Aaliyah's youtube videos and her sweet voice makes learning swedish fun! This app is perfect for beginners, but I wish it had more content. I would love to see more phrases and stuff for more advanced learners too. Cause I feel after you have mastered the basics, you would kinda "outgrow" the app & wouldn't need it anymore. But if there was content for various levels then it would be useful for a longer time

it didn't took me not even 40 mins to go through all the cards it has no content at all don't buy this garbage

This app has excellent graphics, very good quality sound, practical idioms and phrases, nice methodology, logical progression, is fun to use and is user friendly enough. I dislike that it seems aimed at younger learners and so the voices and images seem a little patronizing, but that's a minor point. I am happy to have this for an introduction to the language, but it should be emphasized it's a BEGINNER to ELEMENTARY level. To this end, its developers might consider creating an app for various levels or specific use vocabulary lessons - business, techincal, food and restaurant - and label them that way. But I don't want to give the wrong idea here. It's a fun, professional, easy to use and repeat system for introducing Swedish to anyone who is able to use English as a first or acquired language. It is designed and presented with English instructions and translations; so it's much less useful to anyone who doesn't have some control of English first. I can't see how anyone would be disappointed with this app as an introduction to the language.

Proves that learning a new language is a wonderful experience. My thanks to everyone involved in putting it together.

It could do with a UI overhaul. Hey, maybe even to match the new material design standards. Either way, really good app.

Needs ability to repeat the cards rathar than clicking back and forth. Because of that I must refund for now. Awesome app tho. And abit pricey.

Excellent app for learning Swedish. Keep in mind this isn't a dictionary app or reference, it's lessons. Really good lessons. The voice actress gets 6 stars.

nice app as advertised. great voice but pronounces words as they should and not as they are actually spoken. a replay per card is terribly missing!

This is the first application that I purchased which costed money, and I have to say - It was worth every penny! If you are interested in learning Swedish or maybe even English then this is definitely the app for you. Best app I have on my phone easily, very easy to use, helpful and useful. I'm so happy that I found out Aaliyah brought out an app!!! I've been following her on youtube and although when I first bought this app it didn't work, I tried again recently and I haven't gotten off of it!! I have to say that this is the best app for learning Swedish i have found and I highly reccomend it to anyone who wants to learn Swedish properly!! I just wish there were more stars to give! If you are new to learning Swedish or already learning it, this is an excellent supplement. The lessons are concise and more importantly the phrases and sentences taught are the ones you are more likely to use. I also have to echo the appreciation for the voice because it's very clear and not as robotic as normal audio materials. I am looking forward to more possible lessons and yes a replay per page/card would be helpful!

This app is amazing :D Not only does it work well, but she has a cute voice which makes it pleasant ;3 I am trying to learn Swedish over time, and I love that I can view on phone or put on SD and take anywhere. Sound can go on/off, flashcards can flip from english to swedish first depending which way you learn better. You can go back or forward and even see the lesson cards ahead of time. I found GoSwedish on youtube and already am really starting to feel more confident using her system! :D

Wouldn't rate an app higher, top voice, clear notes, easy to use, doesn't break, wide language coverage, sweet design and so easy to use!

Easily one of the best apps I have ever used. To be honest this is the first app I have brought with money. I really do love this and learning the Scandinavian language. I highly recommend this to anybody who wishes to learn the Swedish language. Thanks so much for this! Mark. B.

Almost impossible to navigate and hangs up every few minutes. Sorry not worth the price
