Wild TV

I am a paying customer of their app. I've tried numerous times through different departments for help with shows updating new episodes. A show which has been airing a new season on the cable channel is not being updated on the app. Which is why I subscribed. I can't receive the cable channel on my provider. Customer service seems unwilling or unable to follow through to solve the problem.

App worked good (except I couldn't do anything with my account) for the first week and now it won't even open! Fix all the problems and it will be awesome.

This app will not open on my phone. It crashes after about 5 seconds and I get the message pop-up saying, "Unfortunately, WildTV has stopped"

Used to love it & it worked on my S4 & Nook until recently. No help from the company. Was told the app is not setup for Samsung products but it used to work great. Would stream shows on our way to hunt & on bluetooth while hunting during slow periods of a hunt and loved it. I have canceled my paid subscription for now but if it gets fixed we'll get back on board. Google search revealed lots of angry ex employees complaining about the owners greed and lack of caring about customers.

Please give us Chromecast compatibility! Video lags when you mirror the shows on Chromecast but plays well on a mobile device.

As a Shaw subscriber who also pays for the WildTV channel, I feel slighted that I cannot use the app unless I pay for a second time, especially if they can't provide 'new' content. That's not going to happen, even if their head office is local to me.

I'm a paying subscriber for Wild TV and have their apps on my TV's and android devices . None of them are good apps. They have horrible customer support. When you tell them about problems with their app or website they will not acknowledge the problem. I've been hoping for over a year they would improve but they haven't. Also most shows aren't full episodes. Some of their shows are two years old or more.

I'm a paying subscriber for Wild TV and have their apps on my TV's. Non of them are good apps, but this on for Android is horrible. The videos aren't full screen. They are maybe 2". On a phone you can't watch the videos. It non stop crashes.

Constantly crashes, limited videos, & no search option.

It wont load more than 3 mins (max) at a time. It hits that mark, stops playing on every video. This app is the only reason i kept my subscription... Update: if i fast forward to around minute 7 or 8 it seems to buffer and keep buffering like normal! Yay! Still needs fixing tho...

Just downloaded the app after having subscribed to wildtv for my laptop and the app on my phone is constantly crashing after loading up for about 5 seconds. Hope this is something that is fixeable cause I really love wildtv for what it is.
