Glitching out x 1 week, won't load, even with re-installation, won't load coupons, coupons for commonly bought products correspond with hiked prices on such, most coupons for items I would never buy, and redemption rules are tricky to navigate and are geared to excess spending! PC Point system much more straightforward and user friendly! Surpised as you share a parent company!

Used to love this app. I can't even enter my postal code now to pull up my flyer! This was never an issue until now, among other things. Glitches, glitches, glitches.. Not to mention, I'm being offered things that I'd never buy, and just a few I normally would. Why?! It's ruining my experience! I love earning points and buying at Shoppers but what is this lately, come on :(

I'd give it a higher review, but the Flyer isn't working for me anymore. I have my Locations Services turned on and I tried entering my postal code, but neither will get me to the Flyer page. I may just uninstall; the Flyer was kind've the while point for me getting the app.

Pretty good overall. Only issue with it, is that it doesn't close, and sometimes, it won't allow me to exit from it. Even when it does, it runs in the background, rapidly draining my battery. I have a task manager widget, which is the only thing that will close the app. That's my only real complaint. Runs great on note4.

Love the Optimum program, and this is a really well-functioning ap that allows you to load up on points! Especially rad, cause you can redeem your points for full-sized professional cosmetics like Urban Decay and Smashbox! <3

I would give a higher rating since I assume it would be useful. Just installed the app on my brand new S7 mobile and it has crashed over 10 times while trying to create an account. This needs an update immediately.

I keep getting a server error. I uninstalled and reinstalled and same problem. No other app on my phone has this problem. There is no notice that Shoppers Drug is having a problem with there mobile app. What's going on?

Good concept. Says "authentication errors" sometimes but continues to work anyway. Also had issues with not getting the points the coupons said. I had to call customer service and they don't make their phone # easy to find. No problem getting my points though. Very friendly service.

Frustrating when it logs out for no reason or crashes for no reason. Frustrating when it will not scan or takes too long for the barcode to appear on screen. Love having all of my coupons and my points balance at my fingertips! So much more convenient to have coupons on the app instead of needing to print them

I set up some favourite stores, but it doesn't seem to have any effect when I look at flyers. I still need to search for a store every time, which is annoying. Also, the flyers are only available to view on the day they start. Paper flyers are delivered to me two days early so I can plan better.

It's a handy app for getting deals and keeping track of my points balance. The only thing I don't like is that it asks me to turn my phone to see my card. I'd prefer a button before the dashboard loads.

This app keeps crashing now. Ever since the issues with debit/credit/optimum last week the app barely works. Makes it frustrating to try and load my coupons

I love having my optimum card on my phone. The coupon loading is awesome too! I've got lots of extra points cause of the coupons I can load! Just awesome! On less plastic card taking up space in my wallet!

Every week I get an offer for 4 liter milk which I have never bought and can not buy because I am lactose intolerant and the only lactose free milks available are in 2 liters! This and other offers I will never use, such as makeup, feminine products, deoderants, shampoos and body washes I will react to because I am allergic to them keep getting sent to me! Please add the ability to block specific offers like the PC app. My other complaint is that I never recieved offers for spending certain amounts like $20 on food and snacks, or $40 on anything which everyone else seems to be getting. I do use this app every week, but only one or two offers because that's all I can use, I would spend more money if I recieved better offers, so I don't know why this issue occurs.

Very knowledgeable staff, pleasant and very helpful. 90%of the time items advertised are available, store being renovated so a bit unpleasant right now but excited to see new look.

I must mention that I keep getting product offers for things I have NEVER purchased EVER. Out of the 15 weekly coupons, I use maybe 4. It is however convenient since I carry my phone everywhere I will never forget the coupons or the card.

I love this app! Very helpful. I no longer need to write down my shopping list and the coupons that I want to redeem. That gives me lots of points and I can get lost of stuff for free

I put in the password that was on my account and it kept telling me it was wrong. When i know that is my password. Then tried to reset it and it wouldnt even do that. Now i am locked out. Wtf

I love the optimum program but the app itself is not so great. It crashes constantly, won't load coupons or takes forever to load them, and always logs me out of my account because of technical difficulties.

It would be nice to have a customer service button for missed points, like on the PC point app. I have a coupon loaded that never got used when I scanned the card which is annoying. Otherwise a pretty good app.

I don't like the fact that I can't add the Optimum points to my account that I lost becuase I didn't have my Optimum card on me when I'm purchased something at Shoppers. It says on my receipt how many points I could have earned if I used my Optimum card to collect the points on this purchase but I can't add them to my account. It would be much better if I could get the points that I lost.

It's so easy to load the coupons, my points go up way faster now, definitely a great app! Also haven't had any problems running it

This used to work well but will no longer let me submit prescription refills. The request just hangs there.

I have not been able to open the app lately; I'm just stuck on the loading screen. Not great. It's generally a good app, but it hasn't worked at all for me lately.

I really like this app... for the most part. The last two weeks I have had a myriad of issues ranging from not being able to locate my closest store with a postal code or with location turned on my phone and now I can't even open the app to load coupons or see the newest flyer. I rely on the app to find out what's on sale and to price compare because, for some reason, I no longer receive the old school paper flyer. I can still get basic points because of having the plastic card, but am losing out on additional points because you can't load a plastic card with coupons. Get it together, SDM. I'd give a better rating if the app were actually working.

The app over all is not bad, but it just crashes so much. It makes usability very annoying and everything takes 10x longer than it should.

Utter garbage. Coupons are totally useless. Load to card, scan card, "coupon not accepted" (and yes, I'm buying EXACTLY the same make/type/size advertised). Every. Single. Time. Tried uninstall/reinstall but still no good. Flyer won't load. Says "turn on location service", but it IS on. Says enter postal code, won't accept entry.

Still can't view the flyers, even though push notification comes thru saying that there is a new flyer. One of the most important app features. Please fix...

I use the app primarily for refilling prescriptions, and I really love how easy it is. As someone who has trouble speaking on the phone due to anxiety, it has made it so much easier to get my medications on time and not wind up going days, weeks, even months without.

The app broke recently and I can't type(submit) a location to load the fliers. Before it broke I was already upset that it doesn't let me choose a location I had previously typed in. I swear the developer has never tested this app with location services unavailable.

Sometimes it glitches and the coupons have expired but still showing up. Otherwise it's not bad

This app used to be great, but for like 2 weeks it's been horrible. Before it just would say loading the flyer wasn't working, now when I enter my postal code, there is no way to submit it. Hard to explain, but very frustrating.

Pretty thrilled with the amount of points I've gotten since getting this app. Without it there's a lot of point offers I'd probably miss out on, like 20x the points deals etc. No issues with the app so far.

It's a good app but it would be nice to be able to see all the coupons I've loaded when I'm in the store offline. Also miss the feature from the older app that allowed a person to search a particular item in the flyer. Would also like to be able to set my favourite store so I don't have to put my postal code in every time I want to look at the flyer.

Personalized coupons don't seem to be as personalized as I would expect, especially since the PC plus app (Loblaws) works pretty impressively. I don't like how the coupons don't seem to come on a consistent schedule either. Would be nice to load all at once, too, instead of one by one.

I have never had any serious issues with this app. Once in a while it goes down but that's todays technology. Otherwise free stuff so people should stop whining

Why can't I turn off the option of "show my card when I rotate the screen". It's super annoying and appears at so many instances when I don't want it to. Add an option to disable it or remove it entirely, the main purpose of our phones is not to use it as an optimum card!!!!!

Please get rid of the balls on the optimum scale. Unnecessary and gets in the way of reading the scale.

This app crashes and freezes every minute. Works fine on Apple. Disappointing for android users

2016: rated 3star. But at least make the coupons autoload like PC. Or make that stupid little button bigger . I have note 5 and still struggle to press the button. 2017Revised to 1 star. Slow store card scan. Still the worst thing is the Stupid "load to card" icon which you have to press each one 4-5 times before it loads (on note 5 and s6). Hate the app.
