Except some speed limit zone changes being delayed, I never had the problems mentioned by other users. It has room to improve but definitely a useful app that helps you for better driving

I work 27 km's fron home. Work and back with a 38% battery drain! It was fine before the last update with 8% battery drain. I will unstall it if this continues even though I am at 85% = 19 % rebate. Also cornering is too sensitive

App was working perfect when I first downloaded it but now I can't open the app at all it just gets stuck at the into screen and doesn't load. The only time I can open it is when I get a medal, it is still monitoring my driving.

My GPS is on but its not picking up the signal. It keeps telling me to connect

I am at work, plug the phone until it is at 100%, unplug it, and leave it on the desk with screen off. Three ours later, battery is at 70%. I go to battery settings, and The Personal has taken 40% of battery use since the phone was unplugged. I welcome the fee savings, but not at the cost of a functional phone.

A free application that promotes safe driving, and allows you to save a considerable amount of money on you insurance in exchange for some additional battery consumption, is always welcome. It's very easy to appreciate how driving below the speed limits, or looking ahead anticipating sudden stops can decrease the risk of an accident. However, rapid acceleration when joining the highway, or completing a left turn at the traffic light rapidly must not be penalized, because these actions are safer and more courteous to other drivers. I hope the next update would consider these, or similar, situations.

Developers: HELP! There is a section of road on my daily commute that has wrong speed limit information in the app! So everytime I pass by that street, the app thinks I'm speeding but I'm actually well under the limit! This brings my score down incuring extra costs to me!

Stopped working on Nexus 6 since last update Apr 7, 2017 contacted support but got standard answer to reinstall which I did few times but doesn't work.

App will not sync the water detector alarm device to my cellphone. Latest version 3.02 has a new bug that won't complete the setup process.

If you disable location service the app stops working.

Battery hog

Between the sensors of my S5 and this app I'm being robbed of better scores. Too many times has a bump while coasting or braking shown as hard acceleration and certain complete stops shown always as hard braking. Also doesn't always register my trips. Definitely needs work.

I find the app very helpful. I've reduced my speed and have become more aware of the drivers around me. I live in the GTA and am currently at 19% savings. If I can do it anyone can.

This app is useless. Any time i drive it tells me it's a high risk time. Who calibrated this thing?? I'd like to see how they drive.

Severe battery drain it's currently on the top of my battery usage. Needs to be fixed ASAP if you want people to continue to use it..

Severe battery drain while not using the app. My phone gets very warm and the app stays stuck on well over an hour after completing a drive. Please fix this so the app turns off quicker after I stop driving.

I have android 6.0 and ajusto does not work.

So tell me how are you supposed to have a good score when in Toronto traffic? You dont have a choice but to do quick actions! And this considers it "dangerous" but in reality, it may have just saved you an accident! Same goes to braking, you can't decide if someone is going to cut you off... This app needs to take in comsideration the place you are driving at and make it a lot less sensitive...

Your last update makes this app useless. I've been recording for almost 3 - 4 months now and all of a sudden it doesn't understand the location anymore. If this some how impacts me to receive my percentage off next time I renew my insurance let's just say you might lose a customer for wasting my time.

Since the last update, none of my trips are being recorded. Can you fix this or roll back to a previously working version?

App stop working. I uninstall and install the app thinking it might work but still does not work.

Before the update it was very useful and fair. After the last major update, it was insanely sensitive and critical. Now it has improved 90% of the time to be fair and accurate. I wish there are ways I can disable it for certain drives, as I would rather not be transmitting certain drives to a third party. But it's worth it for certain savings.

The new update improved the app experience immensely. The app is accurate and the thresholds that cause fast acceleration and hard braking to be flagged seems reliable. It does take a bit of practice to drive the way the app wants you to, but for the amount of discount you'd get, it's well worth it!

Normal turns and breaks would be reported and used to reduce the score. Who can drive in its desired way?

The app is not workng half of the time. Reported several times to support and still not working.

The best driver in the world is not going to save the maximum with this.

Worse consumption of battery after update of october 18th. The interphase is better. Still Need improvements concerning consumption of battery and calculation of risks. Also about statement "distraction": I was almost getting my threth medal (150 consecutifs trips) and GPS declare I was out of the road on my one street, crazy

The interface looks good, but the app is slower than before. It takes up a lot of battery. And the average score is way off. Its lower than what the majority if my scores are. This needs to be addressed

This app is working just fine... My only issue is the same on everyone else mentioned. It drains battery faster than some games... You have to force close it when you're done driving... Other than that the apps great...

I like what the app does to give discount off my premiums but the problems are 1. Battery drain 2. Trips are not being recording sometimes for several days. FIX THE APP PLEASE

It was working alright and then after the recent update seems to have lost some of its drive to record all driving. Needs more work for the App to show its true potential.

Why would you remove that feature? Comparing my score with my friends' was one of my favorite things to do with this app. Very disappointed

Drains battery, too sensitive for turns. Also since the latest updates and the new design, the app is 10x slower! In big needs of improvements!

It was working fine before the last update. It keeps freezing and viewing my trips and changing if I was driving or a passenger. Extremely slow.

Awful update. So slow and unresponsive. Hard to tell if presses even register.

I'm bothered that I have to have GPS on if I want to view my results and other details.
