The SouthWesthealthline.ca mobile application provides detailed information about health and social services serving people who live in London and Middlesex, Oxford, Norfolk, Elgin, Huron, Perth, Grey and Bruce Counties. Use this app to search for service provider information by location, category, city or by postal code. This application was developed through a partnership between the South West Local Health Integration Network (SW LHIN) and the South West Community Care Access Centre (SW CCAC).
