Surrey Request

This app isn't very useful, I've tried using almost every request in different situations at different times and each one just says to call the hot line or city of surrey. Why would I use an app to make a phone call? Isn't this supposed to streamline the request process?

Yeah useless app got a nose complaint have to call still.

There was a dead racoon on the street and I reported it to this app. Very helpful

Great idea and very user friendly.

I've reported pot holes and graffiti, it's always fixed within 48-72 hours. Awesome!

Great idea, but I can't report anything because the map won't load.

This app is very good app gotta love the City of Surrey for making an app like this I've used it twice and results have happened

Surrey Request is a great app for reporting deficiencies around the city of Surrey. City employees serviced my requests in a reasonable amount of time and informed me via telephone when the issue had been resolved. I would like to be able to submit multiple photos though.

The app is very well laid out and easy to use, though the address entry page for requests is kind of buggy. Other than that its an awesome concept!

App works ok but lazy city workers could care less about the requests you submit.

Haven't really tried it out yet but I'm glad surrey is connecting it's community in a way were everyone can get involved

Seams pretty easy to use. Just hope the City of Surrey looks at it.

The City of Surrey does not receive reports from the seeclickfix app anymore.

A lot of the things require to still phone in but I called on a Saturday evening and to my surprise someone answered pothole was filled in really fast

Unlike the seeclickfix app user can not see what other users have reported in their area.
