App does not provide added value to information provided with vehicle. Canadian edition does not provide functionality available in U.S. to open vehicle remotely and does not interface with vehicle.

App crashed when I tried to read the terms and conditions. It lost the information entered and I didn't bother to fill it again. Why make an app if you are going to develop something so bad.

This is false, app requires additional information like the VIN number and serious information the vehicle Key Code (used in the event of lost/stolen keys to reprogram/rekey the car). VIN is ok (it's visible from outside the car), but lose the Key code requirement as there is no reason for it.

What there is to this app seems to work fine, but it does little of substance. I thought/hoped it would link into Subaru's database so I would have access to a record of what work has been done on my vehicle. No such luck.

Need a 5 digit key code that I don't have looked on my key. Tried them all not working. I don't know if it's because I had a Subaru remote starter kit installed. But there is no 5 digit code on my key. Had to uninstal.

Downloaded the App. Registered my vehicle and all worked well . I then closed the App. Re-open it a day later and it is asking me to register everything all over again (not a great user experience, considering all the steps involved to set up this app). Like I have nothing better to do...I am really disappointed Subaru!!! Was this App even tested offline prior to putting it live? Un-installing this app immediately.

This app does exactly what it says it does. It was easy to register and I had no problem logging back in. I changed my address with no problems too and it took the new address and is displaying it correctly

I registered(it took forever!!) and logged out. I closed the app and reopened it. Guess what? The app ask me to register again!?! Uninstalled.

Uninstalled immediately as it needs a social media account. There is no valid reason to require this for this type of application.
